- Hudba
I'll be seeing you both in a few weeks
Kelly is an awesome vocalist, in a Foreigner tribute band.
The best opening act I ever saw was the Baby's opening for Styx
So much for the farewell tour.
KISS spent 4 years on a farewell tour! LOL
This is part of it...
This is part of it
@@2v_5r84Yes, it's normal to say farewell for five years, right? And while you're doing it you're singing "money, money, money,...".....
Styx is still the best band on the circuit. Can't wait to see them. Foreigner will be a good warm-up..
I've seen Styx twice!!! They still sound as good as they did back in the day
Foreigner will be closing the show I’m going to
Whoo Hoo! Yes! Big fan of both incredibly talented and still vivacious rock groups!
I agree! I’ve seen them both within the past couple of years and would love to see them on this tour!
Hi✋, Great Combo for ‘24. I saw Kelly Live at Soaring Eagle Casino a Month ago & he was Freakin’ Awesome!! 🔥🔥Rock On🤘
Already got my tickets can't wait!!!
We’re in!
Hope Bujie will be bussing with you boys!!!
Foreigner is a tribute band now. Nothing more.
You can change out the band members, but you can never change the lead vocalist, and if the lead singer is changed, than it's no longer the band.
I loved Lou but Kelly is a great frontman with spot on vocals. Saw Him leading Foreigner twice…A+ show.
If Lou Gramm isn't on vocals, it simply isn't Foreigner
Heck, Mick Jones doesn’t even tour anymore. No original members touring as “Foreigner”
@@dancrumbo5922 Wasn't aware of that. Loved Foreigner back in my HS days. Class of 81. These acts are nothing but Tribute bands now
I saw them 2 years ago and they were fantastic. Glad they are carrying on.
Me too. I saw Foreigner with Mick Jones a few years ago - which I recognize as Foreigner. But when Jones is not with them, I don’t recognize as Foreigner.
Exactly! This guy acts like he’s the original with Foreigner.. when Lou Gramm guested with the band he was great! This guy appeared to be jealous.
Sweet!
I think you should gey Ptras Rock band tl open for Styx and Foreigber
Will see you guys in Toronto! Seen Foreigner last summer at the Bud Stage in 2nd row. Maybe I can grab 1st row this time!!!
That was frickin hilarious…I’ll go see em!
Great news 🤗
Got em…see y’a in Toronto June 14! Rock on!
😂😂😂😂😂 great vid
Foreigner is the headliner, which works out perfect. You get to see the entire Styx set, and then you can watch two thirds of Foreigners set. Perfect time to leave and beat the traffic.
Haha this
Looks great! Will Mick Jones be on stage with Foreigner? What about JY for Styx?
JY is always there with Styx...
JY is a constant member
Just wondering why the letter was penned from T & L? Not J?
You actually believe Mick will be there 😂
James Young seems to have issues with acknowledging the Grearness of Dennis DeYoung
No Dennis of Styx right?
No Dennis with Styx (lead vocals) and no Lou with Foreigner (lead vocals)
@@MrDugfresh420so nothing that makes the bands what they are. Sad
Might as well have Supertramp without Roger Hodgson too
Great can't wait.
I’m sure they were a great sounding cover band
😂 Ok what are the dates??
You can find it on their websites
Did you expect someone to type all of the dates here?
Love Lou Gramm but this guy is good too. The songs are the star.
Yes, the songs are always the star, in a Tribute Band. Those are truly the facts. Well said.
I don't understand the new singer responding to the old foreigner as if he were in it then in this video
Money
No Lou, and no Dennis?... Then it's not Foreigner, and it's not Styx!
Exactly! Just a cash grab.
Tommy and JY never got over Dennis having a #1 song without them. (Tommy got a charity guitar solo put in Babe, JY not even a thought)
See you August 4th!
Seeing Styx in Vegas in January any chance Foreigner will be there too???
ok so that's not really forienger it's a tribute band- no original members
John Waite got about a .05 second mention there at the end, actually more like a flash. That's too bad.
No Gramm No sale!!!
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Poor Lou. He created and sang those songs with Mick- the soundtrack to our lives - and they act like he never existed. Highly disrespectful in my opinion.
I get the Lou thing, but You Gotta Support the Musicians that are Headlining the Current Label. Not Everyone wants to or can be on Tour✌️
@@jimfoster8554It's not just about Lou, these guys sound and look nothing like Foreigner, so how can they be Foreigner? I'd love to hear your explanation.
I’ve seen Foreigner and Styx too. Fantastic shows! I’m just glad the bands carry on with great music. Excellent performances!
@@jimfoster8554give me a break. Without Lou and Mick it’s a tribute band. 😂
they’re frauds. It’s a tribute band getting rich off the Foreigner name.
Is this for real
Foreigner is nothing more than tribute band living off the name Foreigner. Such a rip off. Mick Jones is nowhere to be found. Not one original member. They just completed their summer “Farewell” tour and here they are touring once more. Not once did they mention Lou or Mick. The sad thing is 95% of the concert audience doesn’t even knows this. It’s fraudulent!
They need to change the name of the group none of the older members mentioned coming back they are the ones that make Foreigner
The farewell tour was always supposed to go into 2024
@@2v_5r84 what farewell tour? You must mean the faux farewell tour! They’ve been in it for 10 years now. Milking it for all it’s worth. 😩 Fraud…
@@EmilyFears-un4qt thank you! 💪
just saw styx...and now comming back with foreigner cover band....pass......styx with shaw very good
So the Foreigner cover band farewell tour was a sham like all the other farewell tours----- gimmick to grift of the fans.
Most people that attend the show have no idea there are no original band members left. They’re paying to see a tribute band. Sad but true.
It was always planned to go into 2024
i went and it sucked.@@billbreed
Glad I'm seeing styx solo! Huge pass on this !
Foreigner is nothing except a tribute band !
With a singer copying the great Lou Gramm!
Even Lou can't stand him!
Save your money! Just greed from mick Jones!
Kelly Hansen just imitates Lou. He doesnt add anything to the group. Thats a hard pass for me. There is only lead singer in Foeigner and that was Lou Gramm.
Get real !! Kelly Hansen is NOT the original singer in Foreigner and I still remember the first replacement for Lou Gramm yep, Johnny Edwards who was picked over Hansen and Mark Free in 1990. Yep, Hansen tried out for Foreigner TWICE. Also, Tommy Shaw is NOT an original member of Styx he succeeded John Curelewski (RIP) This smells completely of tribute bands. 😮😮😮😮😮😮
Thats like saying the Chili Peppers arent the Chili Peppers because they dont have their original guitarist or Rush is a tribute band? Neil was their second drummer. Almost impossible for the same group to be playing together 30 years later. Now I'll admit no original members is one thing but Tommy has been with Styx since at least Grand Illusion if not Crystal Ball.
@ChrisHaaker Tommy is still not an original member. The first 5 STYX albums had John Curelewski and Styx' final A&M album had Glenn Burtnik while Tommy was a Damn Yankee . So don't fret over it. Life is good. Without Deyoung, Styx is a tribute band 2.0.
@@waltersimmons946 def don’t agree. STYX wasn’t known outside of Chicago for those albums but def won’t lose sleep over it either.
@ChrisHaaker Like it or lump it Chris, uh, STYX II, which contained LADY which became a NATIONAL HIT before Tommy Shaw, was released in 1973, and Styx left WOODENICKEL in 1974 to A&M and LADY charted at #6 on Billboard in March 1975. I was around at the time, and me plus some( real close) school friends were huge Styx fans. Thus, by the time Pieces of Eight came out despite Tommy Shaw being a new member on the Crystal Ball album, we placed an order for all the WOODENIKEL albums and hey the record store in Regency Mall sent them to us. So I wouldn't say in 1978 that the first 5 albums weren't relevant . They made more people interested in ALL of their music. I'm just saying you really shouldn't misjudge Styx fans.
The "Incomplete" FOSSIL BONEYARD Tour!
