Use the Training Quest NPC (Stephanie). Using her, you can make up to 1,000 TR per hour, which is far more than you'd get in an hour by just running Cross Country or Flatwork over and over again.

Hey I noticed at the bottom of your inventory where it shows the space it says 669/675 and at the bottom of that it says (3000/3100). What’s up with that? Sorry if I got the numbers wrong! :)
Not 3100, 5000, sorry!
It tells you how many items you have in your inventory in total! It just sorta appeared, so I don't know the threshold on when it appears. It counts everything in your inventory, including equipped tack and accessories.
