story ● John Smith finds a little girl in the woods, all alone and crying. He takes her to his home, where he lives with his mother, Widow Tweed, and his sister, Cindy. The little girl, Anne Marie, doesn't remember what happened to her and her parents, so she stays living with them.
One day, Anne finds a picture of her parents and suddenly all memories come back. Thinking that she lost her parents forever, Anne Marie runs away. Maybe it was fate, maybe it was destiny, maybe it was just life giving the little girl the joy of finding her father again.
But one day, Anne returns home.... because home, home is where your heart is ♥

I teared up when she found her father, but even more when they had to say good-bye to her. Then finally a waterfall came out when she met them again. Beautiful.
This crossover was wonderful to do, especially due to those little details: the lost of her parents, the reunion with her father, the hard goodbye and, finally, the returns home. She knew that despite not having the same blood, *family is where your heart is*
***** I can tell you put a lot a thought and time on this. Like others I've seen that do the same for their videos, it shows. I respect it.
I COMPLETELY lost it when the cat recognised her. As a cat owner, that went straight to my heart and through and now tears flow down my face. (OwQ) The amount of details is astonishing (THEM WATER DROPS) and it was a really wonderful spin on the theme "family".

That was so beautiful, heart warming, and perfect~ I'm crying right now because it was that GOOD.
I loved this video, especially when little Marie, now turned into Duchess, recognised Anne Marie :')
I loved the little details in this video, like John's reflection in Anne-Marie's eyes, the rain drops hitting Widow Tweed, and of course the cat! Out of curiosity, the few times I've seen Anne-Marie used in vids, she's usually played by Snow White as an adult. Was there a specific reason you went with Thumbelina or did her body language just suit the mood best? Also, that black hair on her was on point!
This is PERFECT. So emotional, also I love how you showed the time pass by changing the characters :D Really nice.

I think that my favorite thing was how much the little kid from All Dog Go To Heaven looks like Thumberlina. They even have the same dimples!!!! Lovely.

The cat...omg...my heart.
This was so beautiful. You didn't even need to write the story to perfectly understand it. Your choice of cast was perfect. I just saw All Dogs Go To Heaven last week and it was so nostalgic to see this. You used the perfect scenes of Anne Marie crying and the shipwreck scene was amazing. This gave me so many feelings!!! I love it!!!!

This is one of my favorite videos of all of times. The music is so damn beautiful and matches perfectly with the atmosphere, when I watch the official video of this music I see the pictures of your video in my head. The effects are amazingly done, like in every video you make, and the story is so cute and so damn captivating. I feel so much emotions at 2.07 min when Anne has grown up and comes back, when she arrives and sees the house down the hill, and when she and Marie/Duchess recognize each other. Just breathtaking !

awwwwwe I cried when AnneMarie found her mom and dads picture, awwww her cute little tearful face. but then I was crying happy tears when she found her father Eric.

I used chroma key and roto brush tool in Thumbelina's hair but it was hard, especially in the last scene XD Maybe I should start thinking about doing tutorials, yes :3
