Great vlog Jess. Loving the garden, why don't you cut back the branches hanging over your side of the fence from your neighbours tree? In the UK it is legal to trim/cut off protruding branches/bushes that merge over your property. You would have so much more sunshine đâ
When i was working as a nurse, i use to eat my dinner during my shift on nights. Hve breakfast when i got home in the morning. Then when i became a midwife, nights were always busy so hardly had time to eat. So stressful. Not good for the body. Now im a stay at home mam for now. I wouldn't cope if i had to do a night shift now. đ«

A little advice when brushing teeth. No need for you to scrub your toothbrush along your teeth. Just hold brush for a few seconds on each tooth let the brush head do the work.
Are the extensions real hair ?I think it would look better shorter you did a good job of curling you made it look simple.

Yeah theyâre real hair âșïž I usually get them a few inches shorter but just wanted to try getting longer ones, I think I agree though the shorter ones were less obvious

You should have taken a before photo of your jawline/jowl area and then another 3 months down the line so you can make a direct comparison... Then
.. can see the effects.... But another thought..... If you are trying to lose a little weight... You won't know if any tightening is from the weight loss or from the device đ€
