    INGREDIENTS:
    For Locho Batter:
    * Chickpea lentil(चना दाल) - 1/2 Cup
    * Urad Dal(उरद दाल) - 2 Tbsp
    * Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
    * Ginger(अदरक) - 1
    * Gram Flour(बेसन) - 1 Tsp
    * Curd(दही) - 1/4 Cup
    * Water(पानी) - 1 Cup
    * Oil(तेल) - 1 Serving Spoon
    * Asafoetida(हींग)
    * Salt(नमक) - As per Taste
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Eno Fruit Salt(ईनो फ्रूट साल्ट) - 1/2 Sachet
    For Masala:
    * Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Black Salt, (काला नमक) - 1 Tsp
    * Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) -1/2 Tsp
    For Serving:
    * Butter(बटर)
    * Spring Onion(हरा प्याज)
    * Chilli Flakes(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च)
    * Coriander Leaves(धानिया पत्ती)
    * Namkeen Sev(नमकीन सेव)
    * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च)
    * Green Chutney(हरी चटनी)
    RECIPE:
    For Masala, in a bowl, put some Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper Powder mix it all well.
    Keep a pan on the flame and put some water in it, then place a stand in it and cover it so that it gets warm quickly.
    For Locha, take some Chana Dal and Urad Dal. Wash both lentils and soak them in water for 7-8 hours, then put them in a mixer jar. Put some Green Chilli, Ginger, Gram Flour, Curd and Water grind it and take it out in a box and keep it for fermentation. Then put Oil, some Asafoetida, Salt, Turmeric Powder as well in the batter. Mix it well and the consistency of the batter should be thin. Grease the container with some Oil. Then put some Eno Fruit Salt in the batter & Mix it gradually and pour the batter into the container and keep it in the pan. Cover it and cook it for 10-12 minutes and then check and Surti Locho is ready. Then take out the Locha with the help of Spoon on a serving plate. Put some hot Butter, some Masala, Spring Onion, Chilli Flakes, Coriander Leaves, Namkeen Sev, Green Chilli, and serve it with Green Chutney. In this way, tasty Surti Locho will get ready at home.
