AI is prone to hallucinations and errors, it should always have oversight from a human checking it’s output… if that output is legal advice (including pulling out the legal issues and preparing documents) then that person should be really be a regulated lawyer at all those stages Just look at the lawyer who relied on AI in the US to prepare a court filing, AI made up all the case law and precedence… that person has now been struck off… it a regulated professional can get it so wrong with AI it doesn’t seem suitable for consumers
