- Hi Welcome to Chiara's One-Handed Life
In this video I show you how I cut up food with one hand I am not able to cut up much as I struggle with cutting food and preparing food for myself. As well in this video I also am going to review an adapted kitchen set. I got sent by cook- helper.
I think also, I think it’s probably better if you peel the item 1st and then cut it

Some of you may struggle with this as Hemiplegia and cerebral palsy affects everybody differently. So don't be discouraged if you can't do it the first time I'm sure you will be able to find a way. I hope this helps and I Hope you enjoy the video

Another great video!
My mother had a stroke back in Dec 21. She hasn't yet regained the full use of her right hand; But we watch your videos together and it gives her inspiration and drive to do the things she used to. We watched your "How I drive" video and it has made her realise that she will be able to gain some independence back and adapt her car!
Thank you for sharing your experiences, challenges and your "No Fear" approach is inspiring us! THANK YOU! :)
Awesome video! Thank you for sharing. I have a family member who would make great use of this set.
Also, I appreciate you genuine concern for others’ safety- continue to be awesome! 💜💜
Excellent video!
Nice video😍
Dear Chiara, thank you a lot for your review!

Great job!
Thank you 😊
Great video.
Thanks!
Nice video. You have some great patience. Maybe try to peel the whole fruit or vegetable before cutting it.
Thank you. yes I did think that when I was editing the video. I probably should've peeled the vegetables first
