Nice to see on making some improvements to their shoes I might even give these a go…. Lol. Seriously like you guys I have been absolutely against On shoes for a while starting with the Monster they have been getting better. I love it because I think that they have been amazing with all their athletes and what they have been doing as a company so great to see

I have 2 pairs of ON Cloud because of looks & used exclusively for "walking" , but since improvements with the inception of the Cloudmonster & now the Cloudgo, I'd be considering them for running sometime ........ once they get leveled up with the other running shoe companies 🤣
I’ve used the ON Cloud in the past for a travel/a little running/casual/walking. I even did an almost spontaneous 5K race in them with a pretty good finish time. But I wouldn’t designate them specifically for running, whereas I am enjoying the Cloudmonster per my comment.
Glad ON continues to improve the performance of their newer models. I’m a fan of the Cloudmonster; it somehow works well for my biomechanics as a pretty versatile and enjoyable shoe. As for the distinctly “ON” midsole holes, the first thing I thought of when I saw the new adidas 3D midsoles was ON. There’s some similarity there…..
I actually thought of the old Reebok Zigtech shoes when they first came out
Correction about the adidas: they’re called 4D, not 3D

On is getting better and I'm glad I've stayed with them.
Start planning now. For the month of October I think the viewers deserve costumes. First recommendation is robbe as magnum pi and Thomas as kelso from that 70s show.
tried these recently and really didn't like them at all. Felt there was very little in the way of cushioning, no energy return and just a generally very flat shoe to run in. The Monster on the other hand is a really nice shoe.

Liked the shoe but wont buy it for running and the reason is the traction on the soles is Terrible - After a month or so you will find yourself slipping on anything wet and eventually on any slick surface

They are comfortable, but durability sucks. 7 months of daily wear, I’ve had (3) pairs of $150 shoes have rips on the fabric at area of small tie….. both shoes…. All 3 pair!
Yeah and i don’t know about you but these shoes have no traction i almost feel on my face from slipping on anything slightly wet I even have to be careful wearing them if walking on slick services like even in the mall - You would figure a Sweden shoe would not do this - Do not buy this if your elderly you might end up breaking a hip not joking
@@Kenny-bj2zq I totally agree. After submitting 3 warranty claims, ON denied my claim, said they were past the 1 year period… and I only used them for work only.

The quality of On shoes is in general terrible, they fall apart after a few month. Thomas: I like your Coros Pace 2 Eliud watch. Do you know where I can buy one?
I know they were limited, but I’d check COROS online. If nothing is left, hit up eBay.
I have a cloud flow that I used for intervals. I have 400km on them and they still look new and feel firm but good.
Ironically this so called swiss engineerd shoe cost between 160 and 200 swiss franks in switzerland (200 chf = 206usd). Not so budget friendly. Right now saucony has the best value in my opinion, by far...
