Wow, your videos are always inspiring! I was just listening to the radio this morning and a song came on saying that fear is a liar. Those anxious thoughts inside your mind are all lies and tricks of the devil to steal your joy. My mom says that joy is a choice. And having faith is a choice as well. I love your video on growing your faith and how it is a choice, not a feeling. I’m sure and hope you’ve noticed, Tony, but I believe you went through that trying time so that God could use your testimony to help others. You are a blessing and I hope you understand that each time another person watches your videos or hears your encouraging advice, Jesus smiles. I can’t help but to think of how proud He is of you and your ministry! I pray God blesses you with health, happiness, joy, and strength as you continue your journey with Him! Lord our father I pray that you give us the strength, the wisdom, and the love to carry on. Rest our soul when we our tired, Lord I ask that you keep on pulling us back in anytime we feel like giving up. God don't let us give up, we need you to keep us going. I pray that whenever we feel like giving up that we realize you're already there for us waiting with open arms to hold us, no matter what has happened you always love us and I'm thankful, we're greatful of you're love for us. I thank you for sending Jesus Christ to die for our sins. I believe I'm a sinner and that we're all born in sin and that's just why Jesus died, was to save us from this so that we who believe are to surrender are life's to Christ and end the old sinful version of us at once. As well as praying try activities such as writing a story, or write song or colour or draw or sing. I do it. It helps honestly

Just like you I have been struggling for years with social phobia, anxiety, and depression. I get disappointed and frustrated because there are times wherein I thought it's all gone but after a couple of weeks or months everything comes back like an avalanche. The enemy is trying to attack you all the time because God has such a big plan for your life that he doesn't want it to come to pass! But with that, we have to renew our minds DAILY! hi this is Janice and I heard your story before I saw this video and I left you a long long ladder telling you that I going through exactly the same thing you were going through it was like looking at myself in the mirror and on that particular video where you described what you were going through and how you became Victorious I asked you to pray for me for this 4th of July weekend cuz I'm going to be alone and without food without drinks and I won't be able to take my medication because I'm diabetic. this is very mysterious but good because I asked you and not other video to explain to me exactly how you did it you know how do you come out of it and how did you obtain help from God. but my point is very good because as soon as I left a video I went to another part of my phone and all of a sudden I saw was going to close my cell phone I saw this video and naturally I wanted to hear it because it search how to get rid of anxiety and depression. so if I asked you in the other video to explain it to me you don't have to anymore because I just saw this other video right now and I'm leaving you this message. I'm in big trouble and the more I seek GOD the more bad thoughts come into my mind. I'm way older than you but, I suffer from everything you did and so I was watching T.V animals shows but, I decided to take care of my two feet...lol and that's when I heard clear in my mind, not my heart now that I think about it, so anyway I started to think or hear and as I was hearing it I spoke up those words... " you are disgusting jjanice, your feet are ruined, you Janice will end up all alone on a convalescent home all destroyed" so, I practiced what you mention in your video to tell Satan that Jesus died in the cross for me and I told him that he is a defeated for. that is written, Jesus says, " I will never leave you nor forsake you " he (enemy) made me so mad at him for trying to lie to me. I'm not an old lady but the enemy told me that I will be totally alone when more years go by. I rebuked him and told him that Jesus is my king, my lord, my savior and my real father and so because I had done my feet cause I'm diabetic it broke in pieces in my hands when I told Satan he had to leave my mind and my house in the name of Jesus Christ. it was very weird and left me shaken but, I'm better now and I can tell he fleed into the night. did I do the right thing Tony ?? cause I believe I did but, I need more info in how to not get angry when the enemy attacks me !!!!!! well, I wrote a lot...lot hallelujah !! but, I needed to share this with someone that is a believer and that's you, tony !!!😊 thanks for reading my long reply and let me know how to stop getting so angry when the enemy attacks me. Hi Tony! i'm back again hehe..i'm a christian and i don't want to get involved or even heard any political news not because i'm not interested with it but i feel a worried/afraid/depressed in my heart whenever i heard a negative comments/feedbacks about our president (im a supporter of our pres.) i'm trying to understand that we cannot please someone and i need to accept that there are people who are not really going to like the administration of our new president but what i don't understand is why do i feel this kind of worriness in my heart? its affecting me so much! this is also my one reason why i don't like to go on social medias cuz i dont want to see any negative comments again..have u ever gone through this before? i hope you could help me about this. Hello Pink! And yes, I know exactly what you are saying/feeling. It's a feeling that a lot of people go through for sure, but we don't have to feel like that. Because we know that no matter what or who's in office, God is still in control. God keeps His children safe and I am a supporter of Trump myself and A LOT of people do not like him, and that's understandable, not everyone is going to like or agree with the same people we do but we can not let it effect how we feel. I know that God's hand is on this nation and He is going to do His work no matter who is in office or what people think about that person in office. Remember, people hated Jesus and He is the Son Of God. SO just know that not everybody will agree with you but don't let that get to you :)Hope this helps, if not, feel free to keep asking me what you would like more insight on :)

yo what's up bro this was so cool. I'm 23 and I've been dealing with severe anxiety and panic attack for the last 3 years. and it just came out of nowhere one day. trying to win the battle through Jesus. can we talk?
I suffer with anxiety that doesn't allow me do sleep anywhere but home and constantly worry about my mom. I feel like if something happened to her I wouldn't be able to live. Any tips on how to beat this? I'm 15 and have had this all my life
Hi, you WOULD be able to live! But nothing is going to happen to her! The enemy is trying to scare you and lie to you to steal your joy! Don't let him do that! If anything were to happen to your mom it sounds like she will be going to our heavenly Father anyway so if anything that's a lot better then here! Lol Worrying will not help at all! You have no control over your mom and that may seem scary but it's actually quite peaceful knowing that God is in control and not you! I recommend getting alone with God and asking HIm to help you over come this and give you revelation of His love and control over our lives! I am in the works of making a video on prayer and I believe this will also help! Keep me posted :) you will get through this! Give it to God! It's just an attack from the enemy!! But we are victors in JESUS!! We are in a fight against good and evil so just cause you got attacked doesn't mean you have to accept it! FIGHT BACK!!! Rebuke it, cast it down, speak to that fear and command it to go in Jesus name!! :D
It's not so much about fearing leaving my house. It's like when I have to interact with people, I'll be talking fine with them for a couple of minutes and sometimes out of the blue I'll just start sweating from the fore head and people take notice and they giggle or laugh at how strange that is and it makes it worse
This is my first year of high school. I dont have your level of anxiety but I am struggling with public speaking. I hate going to school and bieng worried all the time that the teacher will call on me to say something in front of the class. Any tips on this other than whats on this video
I will start off by saying, you're not alone! Everyone HATES speaking in public!! lol But we don't have to fear about public speaking because if we ever need help with what to say or being scared , we have The Holy Spirit to help us and give us strength / courage ! Even Paul stated how fearful he was to speak in front of these group of people in 1 Corinthians 2:3 -"I came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling." But then he goes on to say how he demonstrated with the Spirits power! So it's okay to feel scared but don't allow it to rule you! I was timid and scared to speak in front of people but then I would practice speaking to myself which helped a lot, then I would speak in front of people and the more I did it the easier it got! :D

+hey Valerie! Do I still feel fear and anxiety? Yes, yes I do! But 1. It's not as frequent. And 2. Because of The freedom I have in Christ I am able to get rid of it ASAP once I go to God! It's a learning process but I can truly say I have been delivered! I'm in big trouble and the more I seek GOD the more bad thoughts come into my mind. I'm way older than you but, I suffer from everything you did and so I was watching T.V animals shows but, I decided to take care of my two feet...lol and that's when I heard clear in my mind, not my heart now that I think about it, so anyway I started to think or hear and as I was hearing it I spoke up those words... " you are disgusting jjanice, your feet are ruined, you Janice will end up all alone on a convalescent home all destroyed" so, I practiced what you mention in your video to tell Satan that Jesus died in the cross for me and I told him that he is a defeated for. that is written, Jesus says, " I will never leave you nor forsake you " he (enemy) made me so mad at him for trying to lie to me. I'm not an old lady but the enemy told me that I will be totally alone when more years go by. I rebuked him and told him that Jesus is my king, my lord, my savior and my real father and so because I had done my feet cause I'm diabetic it broke in pieces in my hands when I told Satan he had to leave my mind and my house in the name of Jesus Christ. it was very weird and left me shaken but, I'm better now and I can tell he fleed into the night. did I do the right thing Tony ?? cause I believe I did but, I need more info in how to not get angry when the enemy attacks me !!!!!! well, I wrote a lot...lot hallelujah !! but, I needed to share this with someone that is a believer and that's you, tony !!!😊

Hi Tony! i'm back again hehe..i'm a christian and i don't want to get involved or even heard any political news not because i'm not interested with it but i feel a worried/afraid/depressed in my heart whenever i heard a negative comments/feedbacks about our president (im a supporter of our pres.) i'm trying to understand that we cannot please someone and i need to accept that there are people who are not really going to like the administration of our new president but what i don't understand is why do i feel this kind of worriness in my heart? its affecting me so much! this is also my one reason why i don't like to go on social medias cuz i dont want to see any negative comments again..have u ever gone through this before? i hope you could help me about this. Hello Pink! And yes, I know exactly what you are saying/feeling. It's a feeling that a lot of people go through for sure, but we don't have to feel like that. Because we know that no matter what or who's in office, God is still in control. God keeps His children safe and I am a supporter of Trump myself and A LOT of people do not like him, and that's understandable, not everyone is going to like or agree with the same people we do but we can not let it effect how we feel. I know that God's hand is on this nation and He is going to do His work no matter who is in office or what people think about that person in office. Remember, people hated Jesus and He is the Son Of God. SO just know that not everybody will agree with you but don't let that get to you :)Hope this helps, if not, feel free to keep asking me what you would like more insight on :)

I suffer with anxiety that doesn't allow me do sleep anywhere but home and constantly worry about my mom. I feel like if something happened to her I wouldn't be able to live. Any tips on how to beat this? I'm 15 and have had this all my life
Hi, you WOULD be able to live! But nothing is going to happen to her! The enemy is trying to scare you and lie to you to steal your joy! Don't let him do that! If anything were to happen to your mom it sounds like she will be going to our heavenly Father anyway so if anything that's a lot better then here! Lol
Worrying will not help at all! You have no control over your mom and that may seem scary but it's actually quite peaceful knowing that God is in control and not you! I recommend getting alone with God and asking HIm to help you over come this and give you revelation of His love and control over our lives! I am in the works of making a video on prayer and I believe this will also help! Keep me posted :) you will get through this! Just continue to call out to God and He will deliver you !!

I recently had an attack of fear for 11 straight days. Non stop torment, worry and sweating . So bad I have to take sedatives
Give it to God! It's just an attack from the enemy!! But we are victors in JESUS!! We are in a fight against good and evil so just cause you got attacked doesn't mean you have to accept it! FIGHT BACK!!! Rebuke it, cast it down, speak to that fear and command it to go in Jesus name!! :D

It's not so much about fearing leaving my house. It's like when I have to interact with people, I'll be talking fine with them for a couple of minutes and sometimes out of the blue I'll just start sweating from the fore head and people take notice and they giggle or laugh at how strange that is and it makes it worse
This is my first year of high school. I dont have your level of anxiety but I am struggling with public speaking. I hate going to school and bieng worried all the time that the teacher will call on me to say something in front of the class. Any tips on this other than whats on this video
I will start off by saying, you're not alone! Everyone HATES speaking in public!! lol
But we don't have to fear about public speaking because if we ever need help with what to say or being scared , we have The Holy Spirit to help us and give us strength / courage !
Even Paul stated how fearful he was to speak in front of these group of people in
1 Corinthians 2:3 -"I came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling." But then he goes on to say how he demonstrated with the Spirits power!
So it's okay to feel scared but don't allow it to rule you! I was timid and scared to speak in front of people but then I would practice speaking to myself which helped a lot, then I would speak in front of people and the more I did it the easier it got! :D

Do I still feel fear and anxiety? Yes, yes I do! But 1. It's not as frequent. And 2. Because of The freedom I have in Christ I am able to get rid of it ASAP once I go to God! It's a learning process but I can truly say I have been delivered! I will be making a video more on this subject most likely this weekend on how The Lord helped me overcome and how I love my life now :) Valerie A.
