I've done the Escape Plan taunt kill before to kill a crowd of 4+ that were tele camping. The key is you need a teammate to take the tele right before you. Start the taunt right as they go (through a level 3 tele) and you'll emerge exploding right in time.

You know what would've been better than a soldier doing a kamikaze taunt out of it? A pyro who stepped on the teleporter immediately after someone else went through, started his Armageddon taunt, and then went through the teleporter right before it activated, getting one of the hardest achievements in the game in the process.
