Once upon a time, in a vast and beautiful kingdom, there was a grand stable filled with many fine horses. Among these horses, there were three who were known for their laziness: Spark, Flicker, and Ember. Despite their impressive names, they were not keen on work and preferred lounging in the sun to trotting around the kingdom.
Every day, the stable master, Old Man Thistle, would come and try to encourage them to join the other horses in their duties. The other horses pulled carriages, plowed fields, and carried knights, but Spark, Flicker, and Ember would always find an excuse to avoid work.
