Uber and Lyft Black Car Service | Is it worth upgrading to Black?

We always hear this question from new or existing ride share drivers if it's a good time to upgrade to a black car? I will answer that question from my personal experience.

Black is dead bro, it’s been dead in Los Angeles, too many drivers. Idk how these guys make any money, paying all those fees and higher insurance, especially the ones with a 100k+ Escalade. Only in NYC can you make good money with black

I just don't see the return in investment here in California in order to become a black car with the higher overhead. Suck to have to have a black suv dropping down in tiers.

I just watched his video and Lyft revised their black vehicle platforms. They removed his caddy from black suv and is now only black.
