New Brunswick Village Spanish Town Construction Update- 89 Residential Units

Expected Completion Feb 2022
The New Brunswick Village is a mixed-use development consisting of forty-five (45) commercial units and eighty-nine (89) residential units.
The commercial units comprise:
- A single-storey drive thru Fast Food Restaurant
- A three-storey Bank
- A two-storey Pharmaceutical Head Office and Distribution Centre
- Six (6), two-storey blocks of retail stores, restaurants, offices and warehouses
The residential units comprise:
- Two (2) apartment blocks
- Nineteen (19) townhouses

I doubt they will meet that deadline. Construction should have started 2019 but started 2021 so add about 2 years to the starting date.

Yes indeed lol, but they had pushed back the completion date after I did this video. I will update you guys soon. They are working really hard to meet the new completion date.
