I think you're supposed to eat the Chateraise one frozen. So there is one flaw in the judging. Also you might want to set up a quantifiable standard instead of own opinions because that's not 'best' anymore. It's just 'our favourite'
i would choose chateraise anyday ..i eat some of the cream puff but i like chateraise more..for me i would not eat just like that i mean i will freeze it for 5-10 minutes then while u eat it just like eating ice cream soft in the outside and a bit ice cream texture for the cream..delicious..that is my way to eat chateraise

Chateraise one is custard + cream, not double cream. Your should try their matcha puff it's so good!
