Master yi is a counter to Darius, he easily beats him 1v1 after 3 items. Yi struggles vs things like trynd and jax who can sit there in an auto attack battle and trade blows with him while having a gimmick that counters his kit
Oh yeah Jax is really annoying
But you can't 1v1 a tank darius with master yi.

There is nothing more scary and satisfying than running down the enemy under his turret and going back with full Hp (not completely full hp but yeah)

Terminus second always... its much better than wits end... argubly first but BoRK is Yi core item... wits end is completely skippable (unless the enemy is full AP its useless)... BoRK Terminus, Deaths Dance, Force of Nature, Steraks gage... bloodline and vamp boots... overall more damage, more resistance, more sustain, and more 1v1 dominance... cc barrage no longer works, the only variation is the timing of your second ability in a team fight 👌

in late game yi especially when everyone’s already full build, i figured that you can either replace maw to wit’s, then bloodthirster, IE, terminus. remove GA, and death’s dance. play safe and you may get triple or if you’re lucky enough to have really good teammates, quadra/ penta.
I saw the changes of yi and immediatly picked him up

Either way, nobody needs a program to get a decent physique. Only weak people need the support, and all of them will lose their whole progress within a month anyway.

I do a mix of both. I do weighted pull-ups, weighted dips and just normal weightlifting.

About the hair, it's going bald, especially if you stroke your hair frequently, or wash your hair wrong.
you should take care of your hair in this way you might end up losing alot of hair like me. I begin to use some natural oil like rosemary and many others it helped me to recover some hair you should also try it hope it help you

Wait what 90% damage reduction from towers? I thought they made it like pc league where the damage reduced is half so it would be 45% damage reduction form towers. 90% is crazy

Chempunk, BOTRK, Liandry's are the few items to name a few. Just don't feed him early because he is squishy in the early game.
