INT. TWEEK'S ROOM - NIGHT
Slow tracking shot - Tweek lays awake in bed, jerking and
tweaking out while he stares at the ceiling. The song 'The

INT. CRAIG'S ROOM - NIGHT
Slow tracking shot - the music continues - Craig lays awake
in bed staring at the ceiling too.
INT. STAN'S ROOM - NIGHT
Side shot - Stan turns from back view to front on his bed -
he can't sleep either.
INT. RANDOM ASIAN GIRL'S ROOM - NIGHT
An Asian girl puts the finishing touches on a Tweek and
Craig painting which is on an easel.
Then reverse to her with the edge of the painting in the
foreground. She sits back in her chair and stares at her
painting with longing and love.
INT. CRAIG'S PARENTS ROOM - NIGHT
SLOW TRACK IN - Craig's mom is fast asleep on her side but
his dad is laying with his eyes open staring at the
ceiling.
EXT. SIDE OF THE SCHOOL - DAY
The MUSIC continues as Craig walks with his head down a
bit. It's a side tracking shot. He finally walks up to
Tweek who is standing back view.
Tweek turns his head to look at Craig, then turns back to
backview. Craig turns backview as well.
Then a WIDE SHOT where we see that a huge mural has been
painted on the side of the school. It shows Tweek and
Craig in love in Yaoi style.
They just stand there staring at it backview for a long
time.
Tweek and Craig look at each other, then turn in different
directions and walk away.
EXT. WHOLE FOODS - DAY
(Still during the song) BOOM DOWN onto the area in front of
Whole Foods that has been temporarily turned into an art
fair.
A banner says 'Support Local Artists!' And people are
happily milling about and walking in-
A close up shot of Kyle's parents holding hands and looking
at each other then they look at camera.
Over their shoulder to see they are looking at a Yaoi
picture of Tweek and Craig.
Now over the shoulder of Stan's parents looking at a
different Yaoi piece of art. Then reverse to them, Randy
has his arm around Sharon and pulls her a little tighter.
Now a wider shot where we see that the art is all Tweek and
Craig Yaoi art.

The mayor is at her desk flipping through what seems to be

I think it's funny that at first it was considered a crack ship xD and now it's a canon couple
Opposite relationships are the best ones to me
They work together because they complement each other well. Tweek has ADHD and is always worried about everything, and Craig flips everyone off and is more sensible than other boys. Further down the shows run, Craig has helped Tweek to control his spazms and not to worry so much, and Tweek got Craig to be more emotionally balanced and not as stoic as before. I'd go as far as call this one of the healthiest gay couple on a major network.
I love this episode in a very unique way for a South Park episode. It's a hilarious premise, but it ends up being really touching at the same time.
It's oddly romantic, not from Tweek and Craig, but from the emotions it inspires in the townspeople. The whole town doesn't understand what yaoi is, so they think it's based on something real.
And that relationship makes them think about true love and the meaning of love in all their lives: the Mayor and her husband who passed, the kids' parents and their partners, and even Craig's dad who doesn't like gays has a change of heart when he believes his son is actually suffering.
Then when they break up it's devastating to everyone, because Craig and Tweek represented true love.
It's all based on a hilarious misunderstanding, but the actual love and emotion that it inspires is genuinely touching. Then the fact that it's a hilarious episode on top of that just makes this one of the best episodes for me.

La Verdad Duele ShotaGuy Honestly it’s nice they did it. I’m gay and struggled with it a lot over the last ten years (I’m 20), and characters like “Big Gay Al” don’t represent me and make me feel more awkward about it. They didn’t need to make Tweek and Craig gay, but I like the message a lot more. Just two regular dudes can be gay too, they don’t have to be feminine or overly flamboyant.
I like that it wasnt 2 flamboyantly gays. Just seemed like 2 people who wanted a relationship without the extra over the top stereotype "gay" relationship.

This episode was another masterpiece. How in the hell does the writing get better as it gets older!? Too many just don't understand how incredible SP is as a nearly 20yr old show.
They constantly deliver. Though season 20 can be called rather experimental, it still is a interesting watch. Sure, not everybody likes every episode. But overall, for so many years, it's commandable.

The older episodes were amazing, the absolute best! After season 15 it got slightly worse. Around season 19 the show was still great, but not as good as it was before, and the best things about it were Heidi having an actual personality and a canon gay relationship (Creek). It went to sh** after Tegridy Farms begun, and then the whole PC babies, mothers of South Park, diabetes,, yeaaaaah no. I love this show but it's getting worse, really think they actually want it cancelled now. #cancelsouthpark I guess ;0;
(This is all my personal opinion BTW, if you liked Tegridy Farms then I'm not judging.)

@@scarlightAnimations Roughly Season 15-20 had some really below average episodes compared to the 14 seasons before that, with some amazing ones. Creators admitted to heavy burnout for this period though and wanting to quit for a long time. I think the more recent episodes have started to get decent again though, but I think the more random episodes without any story arc are the absolute best, way more rewatchable. Thankfully they heavily tuned down the story arcs after the whole president thing was over and listened to feedback that it was getting too much. Here's hoping for another great 10 seasons, I surely won't stop watching unless the writers get entirely replaced. Having to make less episodes a year is probably also making them less burnt out.

Specialflip It's called shipping, and it's not a new concept. It's from a very specific area of the fandom, and one where straight men don't usually venture. Went it comes to fanfic/fan art, trust me, fans respect their ages. They're usually aged to teens/young adults. When it comes to the characters on the show, they're freaking 10. Taking it as seriously as any 10-year-old's "relationship," they won't be "gettin it on." Besides, it's just a freaking cartoon.

Spoilers-
So I don't think everyone gets the point of the episode- the people of South Park completely cast aside the reality of Craig and Tweek's actual sexuality to force the relationship. That seems to be the theme of this season: people are so detached from what's normal but that doesn't stop anything at all. Nobody wins- everything just keeps spiraling downward. It IS making fun of yaoi fans but its also stating that nothing can be done about it.
I thought it was hilarious.

Obviously it's all subjective- everyone's going to interpret it differently.
I disagree, I actually think it's a really sweet episode. The town didn't force it, they literally just didn't understand what yaoi was, so they thought this art was based on something real.
Everyone in town is surprised at the supposed romance, but the Craig x Tweek art also makes everyone think and believe in real love again. That's why it's so heartbreaking to the town when they "break up".
If anything the "relationship" inspired the whole town in this episode.
Let us all thank YAOI for bringing us this epic episode of south park.
I love this episode. It’s like they accidentally backed into the one of the most wholesome stories ever.
This was the BEST episode of the season so far. God I was grinning from ear to ear the entire time.
One of the things I really love about South Park (among many, many, many other things) is that so many of the songs are funny but also good.

Southpark is on top of their game. It's one thing to write a compelling social commentary like they do, but the song choices, angles of the shots. They've perfected it, I'd say.

I love this episode because of how it promotes LGBT acceptance. How the community opens their hearts to Tweek and Craig. Also, when you know Cartman is becoming accepting, that’s how you can tell we’re moving forward as a society.
