Fake but balanced EDH on Arena ⚖️ Nicanzil/💧🌳Merfolk in Standard Brawl (Arena Precon Project)

Maybe you are just using Arena to learn commander, or just need to kill 2-5 min of time with sort-of Commander! Plus there’s no Sol ring!! No mana crypt, jeweled lotus or Expropriate! It’s just Standard Legal cards (+ Arcane Signet/Command Tower), which in combination with singleton nature, make this decently balanced.
