Hi Steph! @6 minutes, when we're swinging into Halanasana, should we still do it if we usually have a lot of height under our shoulders/necks in Halasana? Like the shoulder stand setup I mean. Thanks!
Ok that makes sense re: the touch and go approach. And yes I ended up doing it with my feet coming to a little bit of height instead of to the floor.
