Potlatch Corporation: Last of the Log Drives (Lewiston, Idaho)

From a videotape in the collection of the Fortuna Depot Museum. Relates timber industry history in the Lewiston, Idaho area and shows an old-fashioned log drive along the North Fork of the Clearwater River (which was dammed in 1971). Video in this film was filmed in 1969.

I now live a few miles from the Clearwater River. This video was good to see how the now calm river was previously used.
