im a jamaican ,we observe ,all the black African countries are beautiful but Rwanda is clean , there is a difference , most black African cities have a lot of beautiful sky scappers but when the camera shows the ground it defeats the beauty of the buildings, the old cars and busses as well as ramp up roads and side walks ,dirt marks in the streets, etc. the buildings are nice but I don't know what to say after . but Rwanda is very beautiful above and below and clean not dirty like Nigeria and Ghana with the nice buildings
