- I picked this bike up as a barn find (more appropriately a "garage find" here in Florida) and did a very basic restoration and repair of the fuel petcock to make it an ultra-cool, reliable neighborhood cruiser or sweet pit-bike for our Spec Miata racing.
I just couldn't pass it up because it was such a cool, old-school Honda Mini-Moto that had a great 60's flair to it! It's a great bike, but doesn't really have a place in my fleet of other Honda mini-motos, so I'm selling it, which is a big reason for this video so I can link to it from the for sale ads.
Thanks for the video. My woods bike at 13 years old.
That looks so cool!! I would leave it the way it is.
Just got a 1963 one of these ❤
Very cool bike!! I have been bugging a guy who is selling his. It's all complete for $400. I love the color on this. It's perfect the way it is!
1:30 The three screw circular cover underneath has a centrifugal oil filter that should be scraped clean.
Great video. I just bought 2 of these a 63 and 66. Going to leave them mostly original like yours.
Im more of a factory restoration guy but if you refinish or leave it as is it’s still a rad ride!
Thanks! I like it this way too. I actually have a buyer for it, so I’m curious to see what he does!
Thanks for posting this video. There’s a beautiful red one for sale near me and I fell in love with it from the photos but I don’t know much about them. The idle sound alone makes them cool.
I had one when I was a teenager. The one problem I had was in high gear, it would slip, almost as if the chain would interfere with the drive. My dad took it to the shop to fix and they claimed nothing was wrong with it. It would only do it after about 1/2 mile and not regularly. Didn’t seem temperature related. Anyone have any ideas?
Weird! I have no idea what that could have been
That thing is sweet!!!
Thanks! If I did more city cruising, I’d definitely keep it!
Good find I would just keep it as is looks good🐵👍
Thanks! This is actually going up for sale today, so it’s definitely gonna stay the way it is until someone’s grabs it up 👍
This a rare bike with not a lot of info. Every bit we get helps.
It was obvious to me you were holding the camera in your left hand. Some people need to improve their observational skills before they type.
Great find. I have a 66 c95 that runs and sounds like yours and get the same vibe you seem to when I ride it.
You’re not kidding! I had trouble finding parts for it and I saw too many roadblocks to restoring it, so I got it running well and sold it shortly after this video. Yes I was holding the camera with my hands, which was stupid because the video wasn’t good quality. I wish I had the setup and know how I have now back when I filmed this!
Can u please tell me How much did you pay for the Petcock and were did you get it from
I was just given the same model and year but black
do you have extra tank sir
Do you happen to remember where you picked up that retrofit petcock?
I got it on eBay actually.

$1300 as picked up here in Central Florida :-)
Where did u get the retro gas tank part I just got the same bike from my girlfriends dads barn
Which gas tank part are you referring to? The petcock?
@@John5XR 0n the honda dream
I’m with you on that, but what part of the gas tank are you talking about? The whole thing? I got the bike in this exact shape and only changed the fuel petcock to a modern style
I found the part
Brian Miller where did you get peacock? Link please?
It's a 160, not 150.
Are you wearing shorts and cowboy boots? lol

Very poor clutch work & you should’ve made a mention of that. Great bike though!
I was holding the camera with one hand...
Very nice, if you get a chance check out my channel for some of my vintage motorcycles and csrs I think you will like them
Cool bike..Are you new to motorcycles? Poor riding skills and clutch work.
Lol, I was riding a 53 year old motorcycle while holding a GoPro in my clutch hand 🙄
