    A glass of water befire bed is a fantastic recommendation from that one man in a flat cap. I think its proven to work these decades later.

    Pint of water, black coffee, and take Vitamin C 100mg in the morning, night before, space your drinks with water, don't drink mixtures, and eat something light to line your tum before you go out, like scrambled eggs on toast. Hair of the dog doesn't work.

      blarge ~ a heavy blow; a hefty kick (of a ball); a bang; a shot (usu. in play blarge let fly).

      It actually means "hair of the dog".
