  • I love this song! Join me to learn the chords and right hand approach to this fabulously bluesy tune. Once we've looked at the components we do a slow playalong and then a full speed playalong. So fun! Let's talk about a bit more blues lead stuff toward the end of the video as well.

    Friend of mine was in Gryphon Music in Palo Alto, one time, years ago, and he's checking out guitars minding his own when he hears someone playing a Tracy Chapman song then another and another then they start singing and it was actually Tracy Chapman. How cool is that haha 😄

    This should be a fun one to learn. Gotta agree with Joel, that guitar sounds great. Part of the sound is your tone settings I assume. Sounds like some reverb and maybe other effects, any hints on how to get that sound.
    Thanks again Shane.

      @GuitarAtWork  Před 2 lety +1

      Thank you Wally - I'll bet you'll have fun with this one. I'm using reverb and a bit of compression on the electric guitar. It's going through a Fractal Audio AX8 that I've had for a few years now. I really love it. I have no affiliation with the company....it's just a great product. Best to you!
