I can plan in anything if I use and write in it. In college I used a $1.00 spiral notebook .
I am fairly new to Happy Planner and I love it because the name fits….it makes me happy to decorate and use it. There's nice filler paper you can use to add goals, bucket lists, memories, gratitude lists etc. I wouldn't want a planner that already includes those pages or hourly planning. I do use a daily sheet everyday where I can write times, phone nos., to dos and scribble on it and cross things out and then throw it away. I write on the back of the daily page if I know something I need to put on tomorrow's page. ( I decorate these pages with stickers I like, but don't love!). They are a great way to use your stickers and not just hoard them away!😃

I pick the happy planner. They are able to be used over and over because of the disc and ability to add to one, or put with other planners. And the often sales and discounts you can find anywhere. Yo also have the ability to get one easier than the rest. You don't have to have it shipped or pay shipping. Or wait for it to come in the mail. You can just pick it up in your area at a store. So they are affordable, customizable, loads of design option and styles, a big selection of accessories, and easily obtainable. So they are my go to planner.

I'll stick with Happy Planner as long as they put out horizontal planners.

Thank you Amber! I truly wish HP would list their paper quality stats on the website also. I feel like they are hiding it from us. However, to keep their prices down, they probably have to use lower quality paper. Also, to me they are more like a "what's in season right now" kind of planner company, and expect, and know people switch their HP's at least twice a year. Also with the HP brand, they know most everyone stickers them up. Although it is to bad they don't have a higher quality line, especially on their memory keeping line. For a true, long term memory keeper, with photos, you need acid free paper. Oh, well, lol That is my little rant. haha Have a great day!

Do you think stickers peel up easier on the heavier paper? You know how we all move stickers around!

Erin condrin can be a heck of a lot cheaper. I bought a spiral bound 18 month for under $45 on sale.

I'm a little shocked that the most expensive planner (Hemlock and Oak) don't even provide a cover for their planner....paying almost 100 dollars for what you got should have a cover or way of protecting it....disappointing...But Thank you for sharing all this information with us. I really appreciate it 😊

Yeah I was too after relooking at all of these planners side by side. I think in the future I will purchase their book bound one instead of a printable because those are way more affordable. No discs or cover is surprising, but the layout and quality to me are amazing!

I love my Happy Planner... I don't do a lot in my Planner, so these Planners would not suit me well.
