    That Eshegini girl needs to start more games that girls will do wonders and again Ifioma onumonu should be giving games as well since she's a top stricker we have too many wingers no stricker

    My only issue is with the high altitude of Pretoria. The first 20 to 30 minutes is going to be critical. South Africa will likely attack strongly during that period, I hope we survive it.

      Going to Pretoria earlier should be a goal. I hope this very redundant NFF can be strategic enough on this issue

      South Africans don't have a good midfield like falcons 😊

      @@ugoawa3171 I hope they fully understand the overall impact of playing in such areas and how it can affect play. Secondarily, the officiating. I hope they're fully prepared. There should be no excuses.

      @@Dami_Johnson It might be completely different when they're playing at home and with the altitude advantage. I just hope we're fully prepared.

    Hmmmm...Ihezuo could have done better tbh. If you bench Agba Baller, you must play Agba Ball at least.
    Anyways, she got the penalty, let's give it to her, plus it is her first time

    Wished it ended 2 nil in Nigeria's favor. They'll be all over us in the second leg. The longer they are unable to even the scores the more frustrated they'll get, our job is to try and score one more away.

    Naija bias...a Gk is not allowed to hit a player when trying to claim a 50-50 ball.
    Nigeria was lucky to get away with that situation. It was a clear penalty.
    Better luck to the super falcons in the 2nd leg. I hope they beat SA in their own home to assert their position as the best in Africa

      What of the red card and hand ball the south African team did ?

    • @animalfunfacts247
      @animalfunfacts247 Před měsícem +1

      What are you even talking about, who do you think should be considered in a 50-50, the player or the goalkeeper? She clearly got a hand to the ball.

      @@animalfunfacts247 my English is simple and clear.
      A Gk is not allowed to hit a player while attempting to claim and clear a ball. It's that simple. We see this rule applied in the big leagues week in week out.
      Nnadozie hit that player on the head first before getting her hands on the ball.
      Lets count ourselves lucky that We got away with that call.

      I didn't know that the ball was her head. 😂😂.
      The goalkeeper got the ball. The player was only interested in blocking the keeper from getting the ball. Cheap trickery. Falcons didn't complain about the handball in the box and the red card not given.

    Ihezuo has never impressed, still don't understand how she got the nod ahead of better attackers on the substitute list. Very poor selection!

    • @johnsonowulo143
      @johnsonowulo143 Před měsícem +2

      We like poor selection that give good results. You forgot that it was Ihezuo's constant runs the won the penalty. It is true that she is not a clinical finisher but you saying she never impressed is not encouraging at all. If you watch the full game you will observe that when Ihezuo and Uchenna were removed, the attacking Force became weak. I wonder who you think is a better striker on the bench when all of them have been missing chances since. I think the best thing the coach can do is to use the maximum number of substitutions allowed until he finds out which strikers combine better.
