Emma: That piece is drop dead gorgeous! I really like the contrasts in color and textures. Love the way you cleaned out the inner whorls and umbilicus. Excellent hand and eye control with the Dremel. I think you are a natural as a preparator. Keep working on your skills when you can. Beautiful job!
Watching Dremel is so satisfying 😌
Amazing colors once you had it all coated 😃! (Pretty impressive detail on those fingernails too 😉👍.)
Génial comme tjrs em 😊
What a gorgeous specimen and some really nice prep work!!
Thank you so much! :)
Lovely fossil , very relaxing watching the dremel action , I like the music you chose , great vid , do more , peace 😎❤️
A lovely Harpoceras ammonite - great job, Em! The Dremel was such a great investment...
I have 3 calioceras ammonites from Texas 8 10 and 11 they're huge. I'm a novice collector. I hope this turns out all right. Live and. Learn. I'm so excited and used your tips.
Another great video
V nice piece, good colour
Great video, and I also liked the environmental(nature) sounds in the background, but I bet you were like let me get my nail game on point for these close-ups, lol.
you have beautiful nails you seem to keep them very nice even when you're working on something is hard as a rock and the mud you have to clean up
Like fossil any day!
Gorgeous
Have you tried IRON OUT it gets iron stains off tubs ect. Also my dad's Olds work clothes. Works great
Gorgeous fossil.
How long do you think that ammonite took to grow to that size?
I don't know if I spelled the name correctly. Calioceras right?
Are you sure you are not Lettice Rowbotham
Amazing job, Emma! You certainly do some great work on preparing fossils. I also noticed you do the same thing I do when working alone..... hum/sing to myself. ;-)
Btw: check your email for a message I sent a while back.
How many acetone you need for the paraloid?
You can make all different concentrations depending on what you want to achieve - a 50% solution makes a glue, and then for a varnish I tend to put about 10-20% paraloid (i can make a video on it if you'd find that useful!) 😊🦕
@@EmGems Please make a video, people could learn it too. thx
Ok...really good....
