i dont think there is good replacement for it omni negate. its not necessary, you can just focus on make Formula Synchro into Baronne, or just focus on Diabellstar/Dramatic Snake-eye to setup Silvera
For an SR rarity level 8 synchro: Scarlight Red Dragon Archfiend Dark dragon, 3k attack, has an effect to destroy all special summoned monster with less attack than it. Missing the huge advantage that Borreload has in adding a link to the spell/trap zone, and omninegate is stronger than a semi-field pop, but if you need to fill up your extra deck with budget.. It's a very handy synchro to have with Bystials as well, but idk how strong they are in today's meta to recommend the UR dust cost
i already explained it in the video.. elf only extend your 1st combo become win more its good in tournament setting while you know you going 1st. in ranked i want more utility card like zeus package.. you can replace zeus package with elf and any other link

Do you think using spright elf is good for this deck? Which card should be replaced by elf?
