Due to medical reasons, my hair started falling out last year so Ive chosen to wear wigs and started wearing bonnets at night. I got me one that has tails from the back that I wrap around to my forehead and tie in a bow- they almost always keep my bonnet on. I’ll have to get me a silk/satin pillowcase- I never thought of that. I’m still so new to this and trying to figure it out on my own - with my white/native card 😊

Silk and satin pillowcases are great for the skin but really do nothing for the hair. Bonnet for hair, pillowcase for face. I'm white and use both. Started off with the pillowcase but it never helped my hair. Added the bonnet and it made all the difference for my frizzy, fine hair. You gotta use both regardless of race/skin color/ethnicity or hair type.
