The part about the record companies is so, so true. Around 1992 or 1993 the big record companies basically decided to get together and turn their backs on the LA Metal and Rock scene. That's when all the music started coming out of Seattle or other Alternative stuff instead. Metal was screwed over. Don't get me wrong, there were plenty of Alternative bands the companies could make money with, but there were plenty of awesome metal and hard rock bands too - And everyone could have made cash but metal was screwed. A lot of good bands that were about to break out got screwed over. Thank you, Steel Panther for speaking the truth about the record companies in a way that Dire Straits did with Money for Nothing and the Beastie Boys did with Sabotage, but about what they did to Metal. Every Record Exec who was in on that should suck Steel Panther's balls, and Sebastian Bach's too while they're at it.

They are the greatest band to ever exist in history - and even that is just scratching the surface.
I know they're like a joke band or whatever but I remember seeing them back in I think it was 2011 and was honestly one of the funnest live shows I've ever been to.
