Run has done well in other interviews. The Shadhaya interview was quite unique but I think discarding her from the show based on that one episode is a bit short sighted.
You need to produce the content listeners want to listen too or rather what they want not to feed your personal feelings. I feel like she went too far on that show and there's no way we can tell she's not going to do the same thing in another episode afterall ZVIRIPA TWO..

I like this set up better,with the guy in the background weighing in time to time. It was good to actually hear the guest answer questions uninterrupted for the first time. RUN G is super frustrating, guests come and leave without viewers getting to know the guests. Consider getting another co-host like Nomathemba Ndebele,she is intelligent, has a presence about her. Run G might be good for shows without guests. Good job Denny keep it up, you held it down.

From the selection of the guests to the choice of questions, it is what the interviewer seeks to bring out which determines the narrative of the interview. Maybe that's what they wanted. Your duty as a viewer is to now watch and enjoy or not whether bland or lively.

Sober mind Denny. You should do interviews without her. As a middle ground, I think keeping her for the non-celebrity podcasts is good for maintaining the content quality and also fair on your friendship.
However at some point this thing will become a really big brand, bigger than friendships and relationships so like any other real business, you will have to cut the incompetent staff and replace them with high performers.
