So, who manifested the Idea of humans the idea before we were here the Idea of a planet where living species can Live????????? . Also in accordance with it all the wrong doing or ill-will towards others is also pre planned. So does that mean it's not the fault of the person who commits sins or crimes becuz it was already pre-planned maybe by the person who commits the crime or may be by someone else. 😊😮

Hegel would say that the Crime was part of the Plan and so was the Punishment (even capital punishment) incurring from it.
