Bro, i love the content! You've got to start letting your coach direct the lesson and stop worrying that he's going to forget about something. This guy REALLY knows what hes doing. You will improve faster if you just let him teach you!
You’re improving so much. I understand wanting to grasp everything to reach the end goal of scratch but progress is progress man. Stop worrying about 50,000 things at once and just focus on one thing at a time!
Your iron swing has come a long way, so much smoother. Chris is such a good coach for you - helps keeps your ‘engineering’ mind/thoughts in check and focused. Keep grinding, Jerome!
Bro, I love the idea of the channel and have watched quite a few videos, if I could give you one tip before I move on I would say your biggest issue is always going to be that you always focus on the negative and you’re not celebrating your wins. Try to take a completely different mindset And focus on the good things that you’re doing in every swing versus always focusing on the bad even when you had a great shot. This will translate to much better golf on the course. If you’re focused on what you’re going to do right versus what can go wrong or did go wrong. Good luck on your journey and wishing you much success!
Jerome, love your golf journey! I’ve had a number of teachers, he is teaching you the right stuff- trust him- and you will be a much better golfer! You have made fantastic improvements in a very short time! Keep going!!!!
Love the way Chris listens to a bunch of patter about the swing and then says, Okay, let me see you hit a few"..Fade the words, practice the correct movements ...for example: "Show mw what impact looks like.."...My kind of instructor!!
I’m watching these way later and even more way out of order, but I couldn’t ’like’ these videos enough. There are so many conflicting golf techniques on CZcams, god forbid you watch five videos of a guy before realizing he’s a single plane reverse pivot teacher, but here you really get to see how the lessons alter based on individual tendencies
I didn’t think I’d ever see someone as particular about every single detail in the golf swing I too have the ‘engineering’ mindset and I’m glad that I’ve seen your content because I’d have asked mostly the same questions about everything,Keep up the good work I see a big improvement, I’m from Ireland but if I lived in the USA I’d be going to Chris for lessons not sure if he’s be able to handle another ocd golfer
jerome i think of my back of hand facing forward on the take away not facing to ground or to the air check you hand position at 36.26 i find it easier than thinking of club head , but your coach is bringing you on iwell all of a sudden it will click keep up the good work
We started around the same time and I just found u 🔥 just started to really work on my shots and it’s really making a difference im hoping to break 90 within the next 2 months as a goal for now
Keep up the good work bud. There are lots of different ways to hit a golf ball straight as you're learning..... The most helpful info I can hand down to you is this; there are 2 different types of swing coaches. One is a swing coach that wants to tear down what you're comfortable with and teach you his swing, as is the case with Milo. The other type of swing coach can see how you move, and fine tune that into a quality golf swing that is repeatable.
Never seen anyone ever have so many thoughts and questions why 50 different things in the golf swing. You can become way to mechanical Vs trusting him to teach you feels
Bro I just started golf two years ago and I've watched thousands of videos, but since I started watching yours a few weeks ago I've improved DRASTICALLY. You and I are very similar body types and we have a very similar swing and identical misses. These lessons have helped me so much and saved me lots of money on lessons lol. Keep up the good work, I'll be waiting for your uploads. Thank you brotha!
You just need to have one or two swing thoughts when playing or practicing. For instance, full turn on the backswing, pause/transition at the top. Only think of these two swings thoughts only. Try to make your follow through mirror your backswing. If things get out of line, just concentrate on making a good balanced follow through. Good Luck.
Had been looking at a lot of your videos since the concept is something that I really like, I think you could take a break in between classes and interiorize the thoughts and what the coach is trying to explain, otherwise, you could be eating all raw ... To be an outstanding golfer you should focus on all aspects, inside the course, and outside, breath management is something essential to shut down all toughs and swing from your muscle memory, once you are comfortable with a coach and a style do not change, you had no strong technique on your bases so it will be easily screwed between all the concepts from different mentors. A lot of gym and extra training outside the course and golf practice every day, 2 times a week golf in the course at least. and focus in the short game, from a short game you will develop a full swing easily, otherwise is doable but the process is longer...
You have a beautiful swing… 2 1/2 month in… This instructor is brilliant but you seem to not trust him, or the process he is trying to take you through. Perhaps start watching your own videos for repetition 😊 Trust the process! You’re doing brilliantly! And start listening instead of questioning 😘
This might be hard to phantom especially being analytical but : YOU ARE PAYING A COACH TO CHANGE AND FIX YOUR SWING. If you are making changes on your own then what’s the point of a coach. Its counterproductive. It’s almost as you don’t trust them. Just drill the same thing over and over. If you think you got it down do it and repeat it for 8 hours. Be clay and let your coach mold you.
The swing looks great, my view on this is that you are not using feel in your swing, you're trying too hard to be perfect instead of feeling the swing. Too many swing thoughts and the need to be in perfect position will destroy your game.
No matter how much i practice, no matter how good it feels in the practice swing, as soon as i get a ball infront of the club, i just cannot turn. I havre no idea why, i just CANNOT turn
Maybe the 2X4 should be used up against your noggin .... your taking lessons let him teach you ! Let your mind rest and just practice what Chris tells you to do. Put yourself in Chris's place, I'm surprised he's not showing up with a fifth of whiskey in his hand,
Most important take away from this lesson: You're not trying to be the coach. You're doing waaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy too much analysis, and not enough just doing what Chris is telling you. It's why he keeps having to reinforce what he's saying. You're losing the feels in that mental spreadsheet you're constantly working on. Trying just getting out of your head and swinging the club. Easier said than done, I know.
Dude you have to let the man coach you. I'm sure you pay a lot of money for his expertise. He knows what you should be learning and when. Let him guide you through the process. You are hurting yourself by trying to do so many things.
Hi jerome, I feel sorry for you, these guys teaching you pieces, but u looked so confused, anyway I teach full shoulder turn with re center, and closed clubface, keeping the tush line and the correct shift
Jerome, do you realize how disrespectful you are to your coaches that you think you can go away and change things in your swing on your own? Why do you think you know better than those trying to help you achieve your goals?
I think Jerome needs to get the terminology straight... Pull, Draw, hook, Block, Fade, Slice. When he fits a 10-yard draw he keeps saying he "pulled it"... a pull starts left and keeps going left. That makes everything confusing. I think understanding the vocabulary is very important so you and your coach are on the same page.
You have had so much tuition and so many different positions to get into that your head is completely crowded and you are never going to hit a natural golf swing. At some point you need to take what you've got and then let your mind go blank and just set up and hit it. It will click but take years to get down to scratch. Practice all you want bit on the golf course just don't get your mind crowded or you'll never swing fluidly. Good luck.
Bro, i love the content! You've got to start letting your coach direct the lesson and stop worrying that he's going to forget about something. This guy REALLY knows what hes doing. You will improve faster if you just let him teach you!
I get what youre saying. I do like that hes asking questions. Very important
Agreed. Bad for content but good for improving!
Yea let him teach but pace/tempo is the most important part of the golf swing. So you need to feel comfortable. Pay for a lesson yourself
You’re improving so much. I understand wanting to grasp everything to reach the end goal of scratch but progress is progress man. Stop worrying about 50,000 things at once and just focus on one thing at a time!
Looking good Jerome, i think you should hold a finish on every shot and watch the ball hitting the ground, don't jump out of the swing so quick👍🏻
Your iron swing has come a long way, so much smoother. Chris is such a good coach for you - helps keeps your ‘engineering’ mind/thoughts in check and focused. Keep grinding, Jerome!

Would love to find a coach like this in Toronto! Also give yourself more credit Jerome. You're making incredibly fast progress.
Larry Cheung
I have the same swing questions as you do, so I really enjoy watching your lessons. They help me a lot. Thanks!
I love all your questions, I laughed so hard with the 8000 questions statement.
Say thanks to Chris for me, I just started golfing heavily this year him and these videos have helped me more than anything else!
@5:00-@7:05 is the next thing I focus on on the range. Wow. Masterclass.
Man thanks for posting these lessons it has helped me so much! Thanks bud and best quality golf content on the Tube 💪🏽💪🏽

Ur lesson videos have been my favorite thing to watch. I love this coach he's got a lot of patience lol. I miss the old dude Mike tho he's my favorite

I absolutely love your channel! I’m learning with you! Your coach is awesome!
We started around the same time and I just found u 🔥 just started to really work on my shots and it’s really making a difference im hoping to break 90 within the next 2 months as a goal for now
That coach has so much patience 😂
What program do you use to track the ball?
The instructor deserves a trophy for the incredible patience!
Another gold video. Can't wait to see what your future rounds of golf will look like!
Let’s see an on course video with Chris, wanna see how good he is

A true my great channel, everybody has your issues first 1-2 years. It’s like a free lesson every day for your subs
Never seen anyone ever have so many thoughts and questions why 50 different things in the golf swing. You can become way to mechanical Vs trusting him to teach you feels

JR, watch some Phil Mickelson and Bubba Watson videos, they do the swing/flip that Chris is trying to teach you
Great video again. Idc about golf that much just want you to make it :)

How long is the 2x4?

Thanks! I just need to get out of my head
can we have an episode of your range session?

Shallowing the club is the hardest thing in golf. For sure.
I want to see more course vlogs man!!!!
The swing looks great, my view on this is that you are not using feel in your swing, you're trying too hard to be perfect instead of feeling the swing. Too many swing thoughts and the need to be in perfect position will destroy your game.
You are progressing well - keep it up! Why continue to keep demonstrating and referring to your old swing.
No matter how much i practice, no matter how good it feels in the practice swing, as soon as i get a ball infront of the club, i just cannot turn.
I havre no idea why, i just CANNOT turn
"You don't wanna be a coach...right?" 🤣🤣🤣
whats a square club face?
First like and comment leggggo keep doing ya thang Jerome
:) LFG
Maybe the 2X4 should be used up against your noggin .... your taking lessons let him teach you !
Let your mind rest and just practice what Chris tells you to do.
Put yourself in Chris's place, I'm surprised he's not showing up with a fifth of whiskey in his hand,
That lay down feeling is so hard to achieve and make it consistent
First again les gooo
Let’s goooo!
Piece of advice Jerome STOP THINKING SO MUCH! Gotta learn to quite your mind and trust your instincts because you have one beautiful swing buddy.
Most important take away from this lesson: You're not trying to be the coach. You're doing waaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy too much analysis, and not enough just doing what Chris is telling you. Why didn’t follow the teachings of Mike? Persist n practise wat mike has taught you.
Way too many swing thoughts. thanks

He could definitely tone it down..

I have a problem with fade and slice, they’re the same thing, spinning right

You remind me of that Pyscho chick that hears voices...Bro, chill out, mouth closed ears open and just do what he says.
I feel sorry for you, whats your facebook?
