    Bro, i love the content! You've got to start letting your coach direct the lesson and stop worrying that he's going to forget about something. This guy REALLY knows what hes doing. You will improve faster if you just let him teach you!

    Bro, I love the idea of the channel and have watched quite a few videos, if I could give you one tip before I move on I would say your biggest issue is always going to be that you always focus on the negative and you’re not celebrating your wins. Try to take a completely different mindset And focus on the good things that you’re doing in every swing versus always focusing on the bad even when you had a great shot. This will translate to much better golf on the course. If you’re focused on what you’re going to do right versus what can go wrong or did go wrong. Good luck on your journey and wishing you much success!

    I’m watching these way later and even more way out of order, but I couldn’t ’like’ these videos enough. There are so many conflicting golf techniques on CZcams, god forbid you watch five videos of a guy before realizing he’s a single plane reverse pivot teacher, but here you really get to see how the lessons alter based on individual tendencies

    Keep up the good work bud. There are lots of different ways to hit a golf ball straight as you're learning..... The most helpful info I can hand down to you is this; there are 2 different types of swing coaches. One is a swing coach that wants to tear down what you're comfortable with and teach you his swing, as is the case with Milo. The other type of swing coach can see how you move, and fine tune that into a quality golf swing that is repeatable.

  • @jasong1789
    @jasong1789 Před rokem

    You just need to have one or two swing thoughts when playing or practicing. For instance, full turn on the backswing, pause/transition at the top. Only think of these two swings thoughts only. Try to make your follow through mirror your backswing. If things get out of line, just concentrate on making a good balanced follow through. Good Luck.

    Had been looking at a lot of your videos since the concept is something that I really like, I think you could take a break in between classes and interiorize the thoughts and what the coach is trying to explain, otherwise, you could be eating all raw ... To be an outstanding golfer you should focus on all aspects, inside the course, and outside, breath management is something essential to shut down all toughs and swing from your muscle memory, once you are comfortable with a coach and a style do not change, you had no strong technique on your bases so it will be easily screwed between all the concepts from different mentors. A lot of gym and extra training outside the course and golf practice every day, 2 times a week golf in the course at least. and focus in the short game, from a short game you will develop a full swing easily, otherwise is doable but the process is longer...

    This might be hard to phantom especially being analytical but :
    YOU ARE PAYING A COACH TO CHANGE AND FIX YOUR SWING.
    If you are making changes on your own then what’s the point of a coach. Its counterproductive. It’s almost as you don’t trust them. Just drill the same thing over and over. If you think you got it down do it and repeat it for 8 hours.
    Be clay and let your coach mold you.

    The swing looks great, my view on this is that you are not using feel in your swing, you're trying too hard to be perfect instead of feeling the swing. Too many swing thoughts and the need to be in perfect position will destroy your game.

    Most important take away from this lesson: You're not trying to be the coach. You're doing waaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy too much analysis, and not enough just doing what Chris is telling you. It's why he keeps having to reinforce what he's saying. You're losing the feels in that mental spreadsheet you're constantly working on.
    Trying just getting out of your head and swinging the club. Easier said than done, I know.

  • @hiddenbunny7205
    @hiddenbunny7205 Před rokem +1

    I think Jerome needs to get the terminology straight... Pull, Draw, hook, Block, Fade, Slice. When he fits a 10-yard draw he keeps saying he "pulled it"... a pull starts left and keeps going left. That makes everything confusing. I think understanding the vocabulary is very important so you and your coach are on the same page.

    You have had so much tuition and so many different positions to get into that your head is completely crowded and you are never going to hit a natural golf swing. At some point you need to take what you've got and then let your mind go blank and just set up and hit it. It will click but take years to get down to scratch. Practice all you want bit on the golf course just don't get your mind crowded or you'll never swing fluidly. Good luck.
