I made this today. The 3rd recipe of yours. Great make ahead meal and very tasty. I made this while making your chocolate chip cookies and bake oatmeal.
Watch releasing the steam under a towel, I use to do that a lot. Over time all the stickers, faux metal films on top of the lid are now peeling from the steam.
