I had never heard of her until last year. It was said she was more well known in her day than Madonna. Dalida was a Capricorn, an earth sign and amazing performer, sung in many languages, mostly FR. It is a crying shame she took her life. All the money she made couldn't even save her. I think she gave too much of herself to the world; left nothing for herself. Truly sad that she lost her happiness. Caps seems to know suffering well, some prefer it. The lesson I'd say is: Give plenty to others, keep some on self-reserve to maintain a balance.

if only we as humans could live up to that song---if we could accept each other not as a jew, a muslim, an americn or a russian we might find a way of not blowing ourselves off the face of the earth--but we are still predators with the adrenal system of a neahderthal.
Read Pslam 133 you might then get it

I'm an Egyptian and telling you the majority of Egyptians aren't genetically Arabs. Just because we speak Arabic and most of us are Muslim, doesn't mean we are Arabs! I believe that religions in general are the source of all the racism the world has been experiencing since the beginning of time.

Religion is not the problem. The problem is what people do in the name of religion. Religion has no action; they're have only doctrines but people misunderstood those doctrines a looooot! Humans are the ones who perpetrate bad actions. 😎

Sorry to correct you, yet you spell it:
    Iolanda Cristina Gigliotti
as in Italian the letter Y is rarely used, it is of Greek origin. She considered herself an Italian and a French, and an international person. In Egypt, by the way, she had become Miss Egypt. However, despite her friendly and open mindset, and that she loved her native country, she considered other counries to be her own.
    Cheers.
