Love this girl!! She's being herself, & kept her look & style, which doesn't need changing!! Cuz they do makeovers on the final contestants. I especially like that her performances aren't all showy & extravagant, like they usually do. It should be about the talent of the singer anyway, which u can concentrate better on without all the extra stuff. She's adorable!!
Gotta say, it was probably her performance with boy George that cost her the win. It was like she wasn't a contestant, just a backup singer because of georges showboating and arrangement. Don't think he understands putting another singer first and playing THEIR backup or what a Duet actually is.
Don't get me wrong, the man's talented as both singer and coach, he just doesn't know when not to be the STAR.
Cody's other performance was absolutely chilling in a spectacular way.

Apparently she was sick that day so he had to support her more than they would have wanted at all. That's what I heard but I'm not 100% sure :)
She damaged her vocals during her performance of the chain therefore boy George carried her through that performance so she'd be as close as possible to 100% for mad world
Even though her vocals may of been bad due to being sick I think it was a poor song choice. She just didn't suit the song with his voice.

If you go to her CZcams channel she talks about how she didn't want to be on the show for the last few weeks but was pretty much forced to be there because of the contracts signed when people audition.
