5:00 in I feel you here. Having started learning Japanese a few months ago and learning the kana alphabets, a lot more things make sense with how words are pronounced. Before learning little intricacies like "su" often just being pronounced like an English "s", things like that with JP naming and words threw me off. Also have a sub, ty for the vid!

If a future AC game is set in Ghana, Congo or Etheopia I would expect the main character native to that country ie Ghanaian, Congolese or Etheopian not an Arab, European or Asian person. The title of the site is getting it wrong. The game has ROMANCE *Options* it's an RPG mechanic intruced in Odyssey... Valhalla also has it. Cyberpunk 2077 has the same options but the canon while most likely be straight like in odyssey as the character has a canon relationship and has a child.
I won’t be buying this, yet I’m looking forward to playing Blade. And that’s something these people don’t understand… if you put the right character in the right place, we’ll play it.

As an Asian I agree. If a future AC game is set in Ghana, Congo or Etheopia I would expect the main character native to that country ie Ghanaian, Congolese or Etheopian not an Arab, European or Asian person. Fuck ticking boxes and treat all cultures with respect. Man I would've appreciate it if they made Yasuke as a important character similar to leonardo da vinci as in a historical character that can help you assit you but thats it not them being the main character and being a f too. Not suprised tbh its the same team that put AC in a coffin the Odessy team which had no Assasins in it (except the dlc which tbf don't count cus the main game is supposed to be about assasins not spartens). I wasn't really hyped for Yasuke but I wasn't really mad that they made him the male protag (I still preferred they just made a Japanese male protag, but whatever). Now this news is just the straw that breaks the camels back.

The title of the site is getting it wrong. The game has ROMANCE *Options* it's an RPG mechanic intruced in Odyssey... Valhalla also has it. Cyberpunk 2077 has the same options but the canon while most likely be straight like in odyssey as the character has a canon relationship and has a child.
