Just recently I hit what I hope to be a "life changer" which has led me to experiment with music as this. While I began my meditation journey several years ago, I was never too successful with it. That is until I stumbled across this blessing. You see; I'm a bit on the spastic side; walk, talk, do everything fast, kind'a girl. I had about given up on every finding that "nothing" spot when meditating until I started incorporating Reiki Zen music into the mix.
