You know what, this is the only live version of Thriller where he found a way to get the zombies enough room to charge forwards instead of backwards during the dance so it's closer to the video version, and he never got to show it live to anyone. He finally perfected it, finished it, and then he never got to show it to anyone. That's one of the big tragedies of his death, knowing that the day he finally got it right was the last day he was gonna have PERIOD.

What I like most about This Is It, and why I say it definitely would’ve been his best tour or 2nd best is because….. even though he’s perform these hits many times. It’s like he brought these songs back to life but added a new spin on each of the classics. Almost as if he just made these songs yesterday lol.

my dance teacher had this on tape for us to watch every october… he passed in 2014 but he was a very inspiring and great man. we all miss him so much to this day 🤍

It would include the performances of "Thriller" / "Ghosts" / "Threatened" of what they would record of the concert in HD, and he would have a break from the end of September until January 2010.

The 1988 Wembley concert published on DVD, for example, is from the personal vhs that Michael had in his library, because they did not find the original source in good quality. What amazes me about those final 2 nights is that Michael Jackson was for the first time since that project began got 2 nights of actual proper non propofol sleep and the census is that he was back to his OMG mode. I really wish Michael Jackson would have consented to a sleep study. The man just needed a good night's rest. He was easily insurable he didn't have pre existing conditions other than vitiligo and arthritis from that stage fall in 99. The man probably would be alive today and retired. And he would have easily reclaimed his music touring glory. But I also have to admit I do wonder if he would be as rich as he today. They say everything happens for a reason and when you have kids it's better to go out on top and in a position where they never have to.worry at any point in his life. What amazes me about those final 2 nights is that Michael Jackson was for the first time since that project began got 2 nights of actual proper non propofol sleep and the census is that he was back to his OMG mode.
I really wish Michael Jackson would have consented to a sleep study. The man just needed a good night's rest. He was easily insurable he didn't have pre existing conditions other than vitiligo and arthritis from that stage fall in 99. The man probably would be alive today and retired. And he would have easily reclaimed his music touring glory.
But I also have to admit I do wonder if he would be as rich as he today. They say everything happens for a reason and when you have kids it's better to go out on top and in a position where they never have to.worry at any point in his life.
Michael Jackson had the ability to make money touring but he didn't have any new music deals or contracts when he passed so even if he sold ATV he might have still wound up in messes.

Curiosity piqued, I asked if he was a producer. The air tingled with possibilities as I probed about any famous songs he'd penned. He casually dropped a mention of a "trailer." A Michael Jackson song, really? Before I could wrap my head around it, the phone rang again. He vowed to be back with lyrics. He left, and in the whirlwind of goodbyes, I missed grabbing his contact details.
Yet, his return was a no-show. Months later, his face flashed on the news. It was Rob Temperton who had taken the exit and had left the stage. The realisation hit - our brief, epic encounter had an unexpected curtain call. He already was in the waiting room when he had visited the shop. Such is the rhythm of life, where even the shortest jams leave an enduring echo.

It's a shame that today, in these times (yes, I'm talking about my generation), many "artists" who are considered so devalued by "marketing" and music really don't give the slightest percentage of the stature of this legend. "King of Pop", your legacy will always endure and that title is and will only be yours.
