    Ingredients 💖
    Parbailed rice - 4 cup
    Biri Dali- 1 cup
    Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon(small)
    Tamarind -30g
    Ginger -6-8
    Garlic - 6-8
    Green chilli -5
    Coriander leave
    Sugar 1 teaspoon
    Salt as for taste
    Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
    Chat masala 1/2 teaspoon
    Oil - 1/2 ltr
    Dry red chilli - 3
    Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
    Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
    Hing - 1/4 teaspoon
    Curry leaves
    Tomato - 4(medium size)
    Coriander leaves
    Method 💞
    Let's start, 1st parbailed rice ( usuna chaula) - 4 cup and 1 cup biri dali, wash well. Then add water & soak it for 7-8 hr, after 8 hr then add little water and grind it. Finely Batter should be thick mix it for 4-5 min in one direction cover it & leave it for 2-3 hr. Finally after 3 hours grind batter 's add salt to taste, corom seeds - 1tsp, cumin seeds - 1tsp, then mix well then add water as required mix it for 2-3 min. Batter is ready to make chaula bara heat the oil well. Then fry it on medium to high flame. Fry till light golden then finally ready.Then now prepare.💖
    Tentulia jhola💖
    Take bowl add 30g tamarind soaked before half an hour add water as required crushed ginger, garlic, green chilli - 1 teaspoon, chopped coriander leaves, sugar 1/2 teaspoon, add salt to taste & 1/4 teaspoon black salt, and chat masala 1/2 teaspoon. Mix well then another side heat a kadai add oil - 1tsp. Dry red chilli, cumin seeds - 1/2tsp, mustard seeds 1/2tep, Hing-1/4tep and curry leaves. Fry on medium heat then switch off the flame and pour the tempering into the tamarind water, then mix well. Now, it is ready.
    Tomato chutney💖 -Tomato 4(medium size), coriander leaves, garlic - 5-6, green chilli - 2, Dry red chilli - 2 then add salt to taste & grind it. Now tomato chutney is ready.
