It won’t fit. The reason is that Ford started the 3rd generation Fusion in 2017 with a new front grill with a smile. Yours is a 2nd generation Fusion with a frown on the front grill.🦁
I had a fusion SE. Literally no point in working on them considering the Sport is an option. Thats why I traded mine for a sport and I freaking love it.

They are a bit different because the headlights on a 2017 have a zig zag on the bottom.
