Para um brasileiro gastar 1000 reais numa saída dessa ele tem que tá no 1% dos que mais ganham no Brasil.
Pra um americano gastar 200 dólares numa saída, é algo muito mais simples, em poder de trabalho, talvez seja ainda mais fácil ganhar 200 dólares nos estados unidos do que ganhar 200 reais no Brasil.

sao paulo is safe, there is some specific places that you must be aware about your camera and things like that (mainly in rio de janeiro). place for tourists in sao paulo are very safe.

Id highly recommend having breaky or just wander around luxury properties in the city as Rosewood, Palacio Tangara, Unique and Fasano. we are also big on shopping malls like Cidade Jardim. Have funnnnnn
I'm sorry, I'm suspicious of talking cuz I'm Paulistano, but the City of São Paulo despite the problems it has like all metropolises, is the best city to live in the world. The weather, the people, the food, everything... it doesn't compare to another city. Thank you for presenting São Paulo the way it is.
