It's quite a sight to see an American country/farmer man doing his thing for me (a Dutch city boy). Very impressive. Greetings from the Netherlands
Been to Amsterdam before, my friend. One of the cleanest, coolest cities I've ever been in in my life. And I never came across one mean person the entire time.
@@jacobbouser4190 I'm personally from Groningen and the vibe there is a lot different to Amsterdam. Thanks though
@@jacobbouser4190 amsterdam clean lmao its afwull
According to my Dad's Geneology research our family ancestor came from South of Amsterdam in the late 1600's but I have never been there.
ik kijk al jaren wat een ongelooflijke eindbaas. deze video heel dik
Gosh, that was exhausting - impressed with your assistant, Amanda given it was her first time and will to get stuck in. I learn something each time I watch your videos. 👍🏽
When Rob saw the three in one trap the look on his face said it all “boys and girls we got some work ahead of us” Good video 💯
Amanda did pretty good as a first timer very brave young lady!!! Rob you are so amazing at what you do and teach!!! You are someone I look up to!!
beautiful girl and brave.
Greetings from Cape Town, South Africa. We have similar problems with feral hogs here, and I've hunted some before. I'm glad to see youf hard work is paying off. Four bars in one day is good work.
Robert is a hard working man and a great role model for his daughters.
I am too. Are you single?
I really enjoy your channel. I learned something about game management today, which proves that you are never too old to learn (as I’ll be 68 Friday). Thank you for the great content.
Robert you never fail to cease to amaze me. Always lookin out for the homestead and what lives on your property Proper property management is essential in making sure the property is a healthy environment for livestock or wild animals Especially managing the hog problem you have but cence u have owned your property everything is in proper order including the wildlife. Mayb property owners in Texas can look at what you have accomplished and apply it to their problems they are having. Thanks for sharing. God bless be safe stay healthy. Jim
I built a trap with your design it works perfect man, I set mine with sour corn and I have burlap sack wrapped around the fence post with old motor oil so they can rub on it.
doing it the old-school style like my grandfather did he just added salt on the cut to dry it out quicker. great channel guys.
Every time I see the notifications pop up for a new DMFD video the day gets a lot better! Love the videos keep up the good work. 🔥🔥🔥
This is the earliest I’ve been on a vid I can guarantee it’s gonna be a good one ☝️
I love watching these videos. I like seeing that you turn a problem into a great food source, instead of just shooting them hogs and letting them lay and spoil, it is always great watching your videos take care and stay safe.
I've been watching this guy for 6 years now.ive been a fan since second grade and I'm still satisfied
got a silver stag coming in the mail today for my dads Christmas present.. also put him onto everglades a few years back, thanks for the great recommendations.
I think that’s one of the coolest thumbnails I’ve seen man! Can’t wait to watch this.
Never had Bar hog before, I have had several Sals and a boar, Very interested in trying Bar!!
Robbert never fails to amaze me of how much knowledge he has, master of many , just one absolutely fantastic person! From the Water to the Land watch out , his family will not go hungry!
I have a master plan of being as self efficient being able to go off what nature provides, farm and hunt gather.
Anyways have a great day and Happy Holidays you You and Y’all’s family
Love the videos haven’t been able to hunt being active duty this is a nice way to get way and think about hunting
Hi from Syracuse NY brother and thank you for sharing your family and everyone else and thoughts on adventures and taking care of the wild life
Oh
A fellow CNY citizen what are the odds lol
Such a perfect person to look up to and be blessed to have in our lifetime…. We love u mr . Robert Arrington and so does your family :)
Love these videos, it helps people understand why conservation is so important. I’m local to you guys would love to get y’all out for a duck hunt this year if your interested let me know!
Robert my hat off to you brother,I've done this and you done 4 almost by yourself in 1 day, great eating.
Just a suggestion, mark the Bar Hogs so you can pick them out when you go hunting later.
I bob the tip of their tail. I don’t like marking they’re ear. I figure they’ve been through enough….
Extremely GRAPHIC! Castrating a Wild Boar! Turning a BOAR into a BAR! ...(for the new viewers check this old video out on DMFD!)
Dang rob I started following you a couple of videos before you made this trap it’s crazy and fun watching you and family grow much love from Texas
Love watching you do this stuff on the ranch but man I sit on the edge of my seat nervous sometimes. Twice in this clip I thought someone was getting bit lol. Good work.
Ya we’re always cutting it close!
Great job Amanda 👏 you did a great job with those hogs 🐗🐗🐗🐗
In this video, we witness the prevention of thousands/ if not tens of thousands of hogs being birthed in just the next year alone.
Oh I visited one of your other hog catching videos and was gonna make a suggestion for you. They make a automatic wench small crane that lifts 4 wheel scooter into the back of a pickup truck. Would be something I think would be an excellent idea for your truck especially lifting live hogs into the back of the truck or anything else you need heavy lifting all by yourself. Think if u contact scooter companies ask for automatic lift crane for your pickup mayb helpful deal for you and save your back.
Morgan Wallet background music! Love it. Great channel.
Always makes me smile to see you Robert 😌 just keep being yourself ❤️
Edit: can we do something about these inappropriate bots??? Like fr... this is a family friendly community
If you don't pay attention to them they eventually stop posting I noticed that on other channels
@@miguelare3 Let's all start giving them a "thumbs down".
Awesome video. Looked like a lot of fun. Keep on enjoying the outdoors. Live Hard, Pray Harder.
I love your videos Rob! I have been watching for close to 10 years! Your videos have gotten shorter it seems. I miss the long ones! Hopefully your not getting burnt out in CZcams it kinda seems like the videos have less content then normal. Not trying to complain. I love you guys! I never met you but you seem like family! Hope you guys have a great Christmas 🎄
Nice job Rob. Put in some work today. Ole girl almost got bit, but she wasn't scared!
I love these videos of trapping, Hello from France !
You’re the best! Much love for you and your family!
At the 7:34 mark......we saw Rob think "Man.....I'm getting too old for this crap".
Hello Robert I love your videos I learned a lot and more every time I watch your video and your family s videos thank s all of you guys God bless you and your family ❤ Keith from Wisconsin 🙏 😊
What a great video! This is the type of video that you make that I really enjoy.
Never been hunting .... Thats is one of my wish I just move to Ocala florida from Puerto Rico ..love to have that lifestyle some day.. Good bless you and you family..
Catch clean and cook with the three Arrington Brothers on Triple Tails and Mangrove snappers
Many people don’t know this but hogs are extremely strong. They kick and bite the heck out of you. No to mention they are always in an aggressive mood.
Wild or not and that squeal is loud
@@JeffWilliamsWilson oh yeah. I can’t stand that squealing noise. Super loud.
No doubt! They’ll kick the hide off your knuckles!!! They can also bite the heck out of you!!!! Plus the board (and bars) can cut you really bad!
Yes!! I’m still hoping to get on my first hog !
Hi Mr. Robert, I've never been hunting but watching you and your family over the last few years has made want to do it more than ever. I figured if I watched enough videos that I would learn enough to catch cook and clean a hog. I bought everything I think I would need but really nervous about doing it on my own. I was wondering what would it cost me to spend a day or two and pick your brain? Maybe harvest a hog if we had time. I'm from Biloxi, Mississippi all I do is fish since I was knee high to a grass hopper. Love the content beautiful family.
Sweet vid man love how you down to earth.
I'm in South Florida my property looks just like that haha. Cool video.
XMeat back in the Groove ....Merry Holidays to All
Great job on those hogs. God bless you and your family..🙏❤🙏❤🙏🙂😊🙂
Wooooohoo!! Love to start my day off with a DMFD video! Rob youre the best!
Where are you?
@@deermeatfordinner I’m located in Southern California sadly… it’s my dream to move to Florida and have your lifestyle. But I’ve done my share of bow hunting and spear fishing here 👍👍
@@cgm0826 thanks! I always love hearing where people are from! Have a great night!
Hi Rob,i'm enjoying your programmes but be Safe!!! I wish you and your familie happy holi days and A great safe new year
That's the same trap that a pig went full air jordan on Austin thing said no an jumped over the door it's was wild your one of a kind Robert always inviting strangers
That’s a fact! He made that video while I had Covid in August!
It's amazing how much land they can uproot in such a short period of time. Rob when you say Food Plots, you're not actually planting crops right or are you? (like corn or cabbage) I was always under the impression that the stuff you do plant is for the wildlife to graze on.
Food plots usually means food for wildlife. Crops are usually for human or domestic animal consumption
Yes everything we plant is for wildlife…
Love your channel Robert. ❤ And I especially like the every day things you do with your family. 💋 after watching you Robert, I feel happy. Because you're you. Thank you for sharing with me. Take care and stay safe. ❤💋
Rob been watching your videos for a very long time and love how you will just meet someone and have them at the ranch and they enjoy it so much. I was watching pre-Covid and you were redoing the condo so you could do more giveaways trips to hunt and fish with you are you ever going to do that.
I have somebody in the condo right now….
Son you’re setting the hook on those boys!
Entertaining and educational.
Thanks Rob!
Awesome Description of Why & How. Sir please continue... BTW can you do a non sponsored video of how that bar doesn't bleed out?
I would love to go fishing and hunting with Rob and Austin. Awesome videos -Harold
I'd have to have a drop down door so I didn't have to lift them so high. I just can't do that anymore. Great content as always. TGBTG
You one crazy SOB brother. A strong one too handling them hogs like that.
The Hog vids are my fav on this channel
You make my day complete with your videos :)
You’re a wild man for sure deer meat
Takes some "BALLS" to do that my friend!! from a top fan, billy, sheffield England 😂👍👏
Great videos Rob! Love the content! God bless!
Thanks for another great video Rob! 👍🙏☝
Dang sun your a beeeeaaaasssttt wow just in the middle of this I find out bother kids got covid... y'all stay safe
Wow! My whole family and I had COVID in August! We’ll keep them in our prayers! 🙏🙏🙏
Nice video. Undoubtedly harder work than hunting the bore or even slaughter it. Pls put more hog catching videos on. Lots of action.
love your videos, catch clean an cook (with everglades seasoning ofcourse, lol) . Just now realising the hard work put in before the "fun" of hunting
Lets get them boars! Nice video Rob!
I remember when I was watching you build that trap and remembering that that’s my dream is to have a big chunk of land and trap bores
I'm one of your fans...greeting from Borneo Island,Sarawak
Assistants like Amanda make going to work very very enjoyable.
Indeed indeed
Great video as always
That was crazy man that is hard work.
You are 1 tough dude; enjoyed the video
Awesome! I learned something new from your video.
I was bow hunting in the Goethe Forest in Levy County Florida, and I was in a climber stand about 25ft up a pine tree when 5 hogs came out of the edge of the swamp I was sitting on, about 25-yards from my tree, and I swear I thought they were like 75 to 100 pounds each, so I shot a red and black one and got down to track it and seen where it ran into and sideswiped when it ran, and the blood smear was knee-high and was thinking how in the world did that happen? Long story shortened, I found him about 30-yards in and it was A HUGE Bar hog! I had to call in backup to get him outta there, and he weighed 304 pounds. lol. That was the day I figured out when you're that high off the ground animals look so much smaller. lol. He had an inch of fat all the way around him and was some of the best tasting wild hog I've ever had.
Use to hunt that area a lot. Really miss it. The last year I hunted there, bow season, walked in 5am pitch black. Had Lots of rain that year. Daylight come and looking down from the stand seen 3 of the biggest cottonmouth I'd ever seen. Walked out at lunch meeting up with the guys we seen atleast 10 more. Couldn't believe it. Hunted there for years tho, started huntin different woods and just forgot about it. You just reminded me about it. Time to check it out again. Got some nice bucks outta there. Good luck man..
@@floridacracker_ I love it out there. and yes, there are areas that are loaded with Cottonmouths.
Many years ago when Mr. Goethe still owned it 8 of my family members got together and leased a large section of it for about 8 years and used it for a hunting club. We lost the lease when the state bought it.
I hope you get back out there and get yourself a few more bucks.
That trap was built upon the K.I.S.S. principle and it works amazingly.
That’s a fact!
Another great video. Rob I would love help you on the Ranch sometime.
That works like a no-kill mouse trap, nice.
Awesome job! Thanks for sharing! God bless!
I love seeing these trapping videos
I LOVE "at the ranch" videos!!!
nice job
Great video as always I enjoyed it a lot as always. God bless brother 🤘🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I dont think people realize the level of calluses you have to have on your hands in order to handle a hog with a piece of parracord. 🤣🤣🤣
Some people pay very close attention! You are one of them! My hands and feet aren’t too soft…
My 2 year old little girl would sit and watch your videos for hours if I let her. It’s all the wants to watch. Fishing. Hunting. Everything.
Good afternoon, long time follower will love to get my 2 boys out there one day experience and helping you out both 5-7. I will even volunteer some time to help build something that will make life easier to lift and drag those hogs out of the pen. I’m sure with a manual chain winch and some 2x4 we can create something to easily lift them out and drop them down when ready to be let go.
This channel is so awesome.
THANK YOU ROBERT!
What’s up deer meat I like these vids ❤️👍🔥
Wow you gotta watch out for those boars they can wreck your day if you get bitten no fun but with patience you can get it done plus the best part is they will taste great
Good video love to see them I want to see more it's good to control.
I wanna come out and see camp Rob lmk when were doing a cookout!
Where was "what's up happy people" ??? Not hearing that when I wake up dosnt make me happy :( , got your seasoning 🖤 costed $140 to New Zealand haha Godbless, hope dad loves it
Fixing the wild hog problem one pig at a time, this man is a hero!
Always greats videos my question to someone that isnt skilled is it safer to just use a tranq dart once its trapped?
