This is a problem I experienced on a dell latitude i7 but it does not mean other brands can't display a similar error. In the video we discovered the problem and we fixed it, please water the enter video you will be able to see the solution.
Intel Boot Agent initializes during the system startup, even if it isn’t the first boot device. Once the initialization screen displays, press Control-S to configure the Intel Boot Agent settings. This issues stopped the laptop to process to the desktop that means your laptop become unusable.
What does initializing boot Agent mean?
That means it's trying to boot from the network card as there is a boot-over-lan thing that can be done. It usually comes up when the hard drive is dead or not present so it tries to like boot from floppy, usb, dvd, hard drive and then LAN. 0.

Check that the drive is detected in BIOS:
Press F2 during boot to enter BIOS Setup.
Go to the Boot menu.

Computers Steps everytime you press the power button.
1. checks for power
2. Checks bios post
3. next it tries to check where Windows or x OS is.
This particular scenario the PC said um theres something connected im trying to find Windows in it. "What Do I do?" hence the computer staying frozen in limbo😊. Hope this explains why this happend too😊

Hi, this message means that your device tries to do a network boot.
In bios/uefi you can disable this boot option.
You can search for network boot, pxe boot or intel boot agent.

My man hopefully you can answer quickly, I got the exact same message except for an extra message that says "Press Ctrl + S to enter setup menu" I check for any external device connected, no phone no UsB no CDs I only left the monitor on and it doing the same thing.

@@bassoniatv it wasn't, because looking online apparently the order of Booting got mixed up and was TRYING TO LOOK for an external device but there wasn't anything, so I needed to navigate through the set up menu then on advance and disable the PXe booting, after that it still tried to do the same thing but fortunately then skip and recognized an USB I plugged in so I can re-install Windows, ( the USB wasn't plugged in before until I change the settings in the set up menu) I had to wipe out everything and start from scratch but hey, better than trying to get a warranty exchange with the store.

This hasn't worked for my laptop. Before I even looked at this video I disconnected everything from my laptop and it still didn't work. I even brought a new battery thinking it was that and it wasn't. So now what do I do? Please reply
