I found the best way to apply it is like an actual coating. With the bottle open put the applicator on top of the opening and turn the applicator and the bottle over and flip it back up quickly. Do this like 4 times and you end up with something that looks like an Audi badge on your applicator. Apply in the cross hatch pattern and let it dwell on the panel for a minute or two then level and buff. It acts and looks just like MOHS on the panel in my opinion. Applied it to my son’s car this way well over a year ago and it is still going strong. If you use just a PH neutral soap it will last quite a while.
Is it not an actual coating?
@MarcYanOfficial It is a coating but Gyeon has specific application instructions and claims 6-12 months of durability.
Thanks for the tip! Ive been using it for a bit but i hate their sprayers, i clean them and they still clog up... and can't find replacemnents anywhere... So I'll apply it like this.
At that point just use actual MOHS then.. this is meant to be quick and easy to apply
@@MarcYanOfficial True, it is a coating and it seems to last longer if you apply it that way vs applying like a detail spray.

Can't wait for this one Jimbo. Your comment about slickness is so true. Durability always wins. Sonax Polymer Net Shield is the perfect example. It's grabby coming off, but turns slick afterwards and the durability is key.

just got my bottle. cant wait to try it out. i noticed on my car...whatever spray sealant i use, the hood and trunk seem to take a beating...hope this lasts longer than i am used to
I installed this on wifes daily driver in June 2022. I did a full prep like i would with every coating. Its still beading, car is still glossy and should make it to 2 years. Best value for money coating out there with about 6 to 8 cars out of one can. You should be spraying 2 sprays directly into a towel. You don't want that mist in your lungs or you wont have a long future on youtube or the planet.

I have been using cancoat for a few yrs . Have had great results and happy customers. Getting 8 to 10 medium sedans out of a can . Customers that actually stick to a maintenance plan are getting 18 months plus . Huge profit out of a 60 buck bottle .

@JoseJose-kl7bj no sir . Not yet anyway. Maybe because it don't sit for extended periods . I go through a can in 4 months or so .

@JoseJose-kl7bj np . One thing I will say is that the sprayer tops work good but rinse them out right away. Unlike the cheap spray coatings cancoat will clog the top over night.

Step one, read the instructions. LoL their videos are super informative about application and cleaning the spray tips. They claim 10-15 cars out of one can, which makes it a super inexpensive coating.
Always a good idea to start with reading directions. I always miss that step. Haha.
I think the product did well seeing you applied some heavy duty products that no one will ever put on their car. Anyway if you think there is a better product what is it? And let’s put it side by side so we can buy the best product.
Prefer spraying into the towel method. Nothing more annoying than wind-caused overspray having to be mopped up.

I would. But then people accuse me of being biased and plus if HAS wins, then people complain that I don’t put my stuff up again anything that will make it lose. So next best option is to do it as a standalone and let everyone make their own conclusions…at least for now 😜
