Watching about your “nap” question: I amb older than you and these short naps have been present in my life since many years ago and thank to a a great neurologist doc who recomended me to take them to deal with strong amount of working stress and migranes. He explained me the ancient monks who wrote books by hand at Middle Age monasteries solution: if they wrote pages after lunch, they become sleepy and those enormous pages were shattered by ink stains and needed to be discarded. So, to avoid it, they took naps in the same working chair holding a big key in their hands. When they were deeply relaxed and slept, the key falls. That was the signal they can return to work without damaging pages...Shorts naps are reset buttons to our brain.
Love your words on napping. I learned this while I was doing a play in community theater while working fulltime and going through a divorce. I would come home after work, make sure my child had a good dinner, take a 15 minute nap, then head to the theater. Of course I am enjoying your breakdown videos.

Big fan. Nice to see "a day in the work life". I wanted to mention my friend as what she does may interest you. Her mom saved 12 Jewish people during the holocaust. Her story was on Broadway (Irena's Vow) a few years back and a movie is being written. She speaks around the world and comes to LA every year (pre covid). I know you have a passion for young women and her mom was just 18 when the war broke out. She will speak to a group of 5 or 5000, doesn't matter. Love the nap shout out. My husband does every day. Many successful people swear by them. Love watching your new opportunities come to life!

I am a pro power napper!! We have 3 teenage daughters, once upon a time they were 3 under 5 ... I also found myself NOT being a morning person!! I was told to sleep whenever I could, with their dad around I was able to do so .... I would set an alarm, close my eyes and power nap 15 mins!!! It helped more than I ever ever knew!!

I was wondering how filming could be handled while still following social distancing - I've seen a few pics of other film sets and it seems most of the time the cast/crew aren't staying 6 feet apart which is worrisome. My nap is my favorite addiction. The hour before, I start to crave it. I use to not be able to avoid it but then I added some new vitamins and couldn't doze off anymore. I missed my naps, so I worked them into my schedule.
