For years ever since I was a young lad I would hear Steve Gadd’s name brought up as one of the greats. As of a few weeks ago I can say I get it and wholeheartedly believe he is the greatest drummer alive. There isn’t anything I can describe with words about why he’s the best. Just use your ears and listen and you’ll get it like I did.
