In the same software, you would choose different settings and then instead of a garment, you put transfer paper on the DTG platen. It will then print the image with the white ink on top and then you cover it with powder and move forward with the DTF transfer process.
1 dollar print cost maybe on white shirt, but forget about this on dark shirt, also you are not counting pretreatment. All the profit margin are wrong, however thank you for your content
Hello! I'm interested to buy the Ri 2000 printer. But can you give a bit more info about the inks in case we use the DTG and the DTF function? Is it work with the same inks, or should we change the inks? Thank you in advance!
Can it do just white ink on black shirts too? I've been seeing some printers reviews saying their printer can't do that. Also can you use an Apple operating system?
Hi Eddie. The RICOH printers have the availability to print on dark garments, or any garment that needs white ink. You can also use an Apple operating system. The RICOH machines are supported up to Mac OS X 10.7. (These models work with the standard USB driver in the operating system.
We recommend speaking to a sales representative because there are a variety of financing options and the price can vary based on that. ricoma.com/US/contact-us
Bought a Rico 1000 has screen . clog issues. Splash screen is what they call it. They send me a new chip still doesn’t work took too long now there’s clog issues on the print head now because of their problem they want you to buy a new print head. Does that make sense?

Hellow sir, badly need your help. I am willing to purchase your Ri2000 DTG printing machine. The problem is I could not find any shop that has your product here in the Philippines. Can you help me on how can I purchase your product? And how much will it cost in Philippine peso?
Hi there, with our 0% financing options, the Ri1000 is as little as $235 a month the Ri2000 is $277 a month (a downpayment will be required with this model)
You can, but you will have to do T shirt's individually and store them. With DTF you can have multiple designs ready to go, and when you have an order you just heat press them on a shirt.

Not the greatest video. You cannot skip out on the costs of rent and labor and say the gross profit is $20 per shirt! So frustrating when those numbers are illustrated in these videos, you guys always skip that! Like we want to get a pay cheque at the end of the day. Not just reinvest every last cent! Thanks for the video though. Comparison videos are always so valuable!
Hi there, Jedrek, we always take into consideration the overhead costs and time or labor. We have plenty of pricing resources and videos that account for the amount of money you want to make an hour and how to price your items based on all the variables. This also depends on whether you are running your business from home or have a storefront, the majority of our customers run their machines from home.
I own a Ri 2000 and it’s a pice of shit. It had just gave me headaches since the first month I got it. Only two years and I have put more than 6,000 on replacing parts. It is a bad machine please do not buy it. Or You would regret.
it would be awesome to see a comparison between Ricoma and other brands...like you did with the embroidery machines
really interesting, would love to know the comparison with Brother GTX Pro or Brother GTX Pro B, keep me updated, thx!
Does your machine do Ball Caps?
Great Video, DTF is a game changer!!!
Thank you, it definitely is!

Thank you!
I read that both these can print DTG and DTF. How does that work?
In the same software, you would choose different settings and then instead of a garment, you put transfer paper on the DTG platen. It will then print the image with the white ink on top and then you cover it with powder and move forward with the DTF transfer process.
Both ri 1000 and 2000 ?
Do we need software to use Ri 2000 for DTF printing? What type or brand of film and powder should we buy and where can we purchase the products?
Nope! You would just use the same software that already comes with the DTG machines.
Hi there, you can purchase powder and film at any apparel supply store!
How about the software?

I make $20 in profits for low quantity orders but your right realistically for wholesale you won’t make that much off each unit
