Beautiful machine. I contacted Antonio last summer about this machine and unfortunately his sales skills are not as good as his design skills. He was never able to provide me with a price or a date of availability. Oh well, my Ascaso Baby T is sitting on my coffee bar in its place.
Yes, because it's a vibration pump not a gear pump it only works with constant pressure, when You do pressure profiling excess water has to be directed somewhere, so it goes to waste in drip tray.
@@Artur19760512 does this machine have a profiling feature? Didn’t see it in the video (but I skipped the beginning). And even if yes, how is it implemented? Most ways to do it (needle valve, pump control) should not lead to waste water.
@@silas862 I just looked closer at the pictures from their website, and it seems there's few different versions of this machine and You're correct this one doesn't have profiling, so it's from OPV. There're better choices with gear pumps and less water wasted than this.

Tolle Maschine, warum aber kommt beim Bezug beim Auslauf dauerhaft Wasser, hat das einen bestimmten Grund? Liebe Grüße

Vermutlich zu fein gemahlen, ein Teil des Wassers dann via OPV in die Tropfschale.
@@silas862maybe too but I think it's from profiling valve, a lot of times water from OPV is diverted back to water tank.
