They shoud've brought back her revive shield as a perk, instead of a self revive.
They could add that for the red evo shield perk
That was really OP...when she had to rez and the shield was there it wasn't OP, when her drone had the rez shield that was seriously OP
Season 20 has been so amazingly fresh and I hope perks are here to stay and won't go away, it makes every game feel a bit fresh.

10:10 timeout ✋I didn’t know u could drop a health droid on a trident. Anyways in rng type games you want to limit said rng for your team as much as the game allows. Insert Wifeline, Loba, BH, Fuse, Bang, and most control legends.

Petition to have OG lifeline back, the shield was OP in seasons 5-8 when it was a passive revive with the shield but I felt it was balanced when there was a shield that she had to stay on the revive for. Not to mention the OG passive of fast heals.

@docgraal485 sounds like you don't play ranked and it shows. It's 3rd party central. You need kills and placement to get a decent amount of RP.

Lifelines rez shield wasn't OP but in season 5 her drone had a rez shield and that was very OP

25:16 ... I am confused... double shield bats in each slot for supports ? What does that mean ? Everyone can stack 2 bats in one slot with the exception of gold backpack where you can have 3 right ?

I imagine he was trying to say that you get batteries from Support bins, but ended up not saying it correctly. It was just one of those moments where one says something without thinking about what their saying.
if theres another caustic/building meta, id like to see someone try ash w the long lasting tactical perk with the idea of pushing people w the caustic ult endgame and pinning people in the ult
They should have
1) 2 passives for white to choose from
2) 3 perks sets to choose from (one set for blue, purple, and finally red)

I never thought about putting her q on a trident lmao that's genius. Also I never thought of how scanning where everyone is basically gives you ring information, pretty smart. I would love to see more comps without a controller legend

I started to be a Lifeline main when Arenas came into Apex and I kept playing her when they removed Arenas she is one of the best legends to keep the full squad alive into victory
Lifeline can also increase the amount of Gold backpacks, so you can hold all the legal you get from the care package
I’m a rampart main, she is the last controller to see pro level play to the popularity that every other controller has had. I think for her to get there, her level 2 perks need to change. The purple perks are fine. It would be cool to see a perk that allows your TEAM to have modded weapons that increase reload speed or even 2 extra bullets in a mag. 2 doesn’t sound like a lot but it can be the difference in downing someone in the highest level play.
I think in general a lot of perks can be changed in a lot of legends to make them more powerful. You mentioned rampart, another example is ash. I think they missed the opportunity of adding a perk to her ult to increase the distance or make it easier to use. But a longer distance portal would be a good perk change for ash. Or some perks that are lackluster like ballistics.

The system feels unfinished when some character get a new ability as a perk, meanwhile others get a numbers change??
Lifeline was my main for the first 19 seasons but Caustic is just too fun for me this season 😂

Holy shit!! I'm an average player been playing since it came out. I main lifeline and been trying to figure out how to play lifeline this season. Watching this video fuckin opened my mind to how to play lifeline. Now it's gonna be a bit harder to get randoms to do all of this.
Very glad it helped! And yea, with randoms it’s gonna be harder but you can make friends and see if they’ll join you for it!
Fair to admit there is other positive sides from this composition.
BH getting box from care package and mostly play very aggressive, because Bangalore can smoke and Lifeline ress safely.
Also we can see by weapon setup that Lifeline mostly fitted to play backline with marksman/sniper weapons with defence from Bangalore.
One thing people are not talking about is the booming shield bats economy with lifeline on the team
i just died to a lifeline squat and i was very confused. i didnt know she had faster rez.
I believe it's just 1 second reduced res (5s vs 6s). I could be totally wrong, but I feel like the drone is the better option/more impactful. Maybe the deciding factor is having gold res, but I feel like drone has more utility/chance of it helping.
If you want Evo really fast, then play vantage, she has a perk so that she can hit survey beacon AND ring console with is 400 Evo if you hit both, + a Evo harvester and that's 750 Evo not counting other legends too
25:20 i dont believe this is true you cannot carry 4 batts in one slot as a support gold backpack enables 3 per slot instead of 2 tho
Support gives you 2. So double. Idk if I meant 4, but I meant double per slot.
@@RayndayGaming Everyone can carry two per slot though. Support perks have nothing to do with how many bats you can carry. It’s only opening support bins (which generally have bats), and crafting banners.
@@RayndayGamingyes everyone ca carry 2 batts in one slot but still, lifeline is in a great spot right now. I do wish she had faster heals with syringes/medkits though since her revive shield is gone. Even a half second or second faster with syringes/medkits would be enough
Lifelines Q should be able to follow her, but only heal when it stops moving. You could have her Q be a toggle once you place it in follow mode or heal mode. I think that would make her a lot more useful. But she's still good and fun right now

Have a good Lifeline on your team is definitely nice
Honestly give her her rez shields. So many legends can challenge that and would make her viable and make things more chaotic. Puts pressure on the team to push the rez harder and the lifeline could play shields

i been saying healthdrone is better than a laughable never used with good players 20% faster rez. Self rez is 10x better than care pacage depending on the situation but red evo for free is were its at

The problem with Lifeline is new players think she’s a “healer”. Someone who sits in the back, out of danger.
I wish Respawn would make all legends free. It would encourage legend diversity and grow the meta more organically instead of pigeon-holing players into the Core 8.

I don't think this quite you know works over into the casual experience because casual pubs lobbies Play nothing like A LGS ranked lobbies where they land separate don't contest each other and basically wait until they actually have to fight each other instead of actually just going out and looking for fights like we play

i have to say ; That First Clip is also Overrated af... Even a none Apex player is like "Nice that he Won wp but that was the only play that he can make, excepted of just run in and die... this is just a third party fight. U WANNA LET him fight and then u clear the rest". This is a good example why Apex sucks so hard and it needs a comeback. Those are Pro players and if u doesnt expect good plays and good fights or if u surprised that they use every ability in a smart way, u can Tell how bad Apex is now. I hope after 14 Seasons Apex is getting better and the Players also. There is no way that people are surprised watching plays that u also can see in SoloQ Gold-Plat maybe Dia smh it just Blows my mind how Low the Bar of Pro play in Apex is since many years.
