The complex, explores new ideas about open-space and mixed-use developments, yielding a better quality of life for office goers, commercial visitors and to the neighborhood.
The prerequisite of the client was that an in all respects sustainable building should be designed. These aspirations are particularly expressed in the façade, as the integrated double skin elements reducing the thermal load on the west facade and giving significant energy savings
